Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

The outside area has a deck, a fire pit area, a hammock, great views, and an incredible sight of the Milky Way on a clear night. The stars here will blow you away. Enjoy our secluded cabin, pond, and picnic area with many acres to roam. Rest comes easy with the privacy and peaceful woodlands that is the setting of our family's newly refurbished vacation space. Up to two Cots available upon request (must bring your own bedding.) Comfortable space for up to 4 guests. Our cozy cabin is the perfect chance to unplug from the busyness of life, equipped with WiFi but very sparse cell reception. WiFi calling feature can be used for important connections.

If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Tucked in the hills of McDonough, Foxy Trails is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The country ambiance is perfect for those who just want to relax and unwind from their busy lives. There is lots of state land around; great for hunters or hikers. Very convenient in the winter time for snowmobilers. Snowmobile trails are just down the road. Hosts are just up the road if you need assistance.
