Nancy was an extremely nice host, responsive, and kind. The property is within a walking distance to Westfiled mall, shops, and restuarants. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and beautiful. We had everything we needed at Nancy's place. I have no complaints, but only compliments. We will be back to stay here with Nancy again.

The kitchen was outstanding—spacious, modern, and stocked with all the appliances and essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It made cooking an absolute pleasure. Other than a little trouble finding and getting into the parking garage, we had a fantastic stay. The location cannot be beat. Easy to explore and enjoy Auckland. Very walkable. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was so cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was truly lovely — always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything. Iain’s place was the perfect base camp for a first time visit to Auckland! The location was extremely walkable with Sky Tower being a couple of blocks away and only a 10 minute walk to the ferries/harbor. The apartment itself was clean from top to bottom. The high ceilings and natural light made the space feel open and comfortable. The washer + dryer were super convenient to keep things clean after day tours or beach time. Although I didn’t use the kitchen extensively, it had everything you would need for self sufficient meal prep. There are so many incredible restaurants within walking distance so you can’t go wrong. Small note - if you are visiting during a NZ holiday be aware that the place you pick your access card up from could be closed depending on when your flight lands. I made it there about 15 minutes before they planned on closing (would check with host on this prior to arrival). I highly recommend this place and would stay again on a return trip to Auckland. our 5 night stay in this apartment was lovely, the beach is two minutes away and it's stunning, it's quiet and the place has everything you need from comfy couch to spacious kitchen to cook healthy meals !

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

Great location, close to city and not too far to anywhere. Free parking included which is very convenient. Bed is very clean. And kitchen is well equipped.

Had a great stay. We appreciated the thoughtful extras of a selection of coffee and milk in the fridge. The location is great, as St Helier’s is a lovely area of Auckland and has some great shops. We felt refreshed after our stay

Our stay was wonderful! The flat was everything that we needed for a weekend or in Auckland. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The view from the patio was both City and a slice of the harbor which we loved. It was a particularly warm and muggy first day in the flat, but the air conditioner worked perfectly. We had been worried that it was going to be difficult to get the keys from the shop next-door because we didn’t know what we could do with our car while retrieving the flat and parking garage keys (because I’m disabled). This wasn’t a problem as there is a loading zone right in front of the building and the shop where we got our keys. We also rented a parking space from Betty (about a block from the building). It’s a very short walk to get back to the apartment building, so unless you have disability issues like me and my partner, this is very easy to use. We had a little bit of trouble with the walk back with our luggage because of our unique situation.

Spacious, Spotless, and Thoughtfully Designed Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely enjoyed our time at this well-thought-out apartment, located on the ground floor of the main house. The space was squeaky clean—inside and out—and beautifully maintained, which made us feel instantly at home. We were greeted with thoughtful touches like treats, coffee, and tea, and truly appreciated the early check-in offered due to our early arrival. The apartment itself is spacious, light, and airy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s a lovely backyard with a table to sit and unwind, although we didn’t get a chance to use it during our stay. While there's no parking on the property, we easily found street parking right outside the gate. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance, which was a bonus. Overall, a wonderful and welcoming stay—would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base!

Comfy with many thoughtful little things that make a stay so much easier like a beach towel, plenty of coffee, washing powder etc. Friendly helpful hosts. Can't beat the location so close to a fab swimming beach!

A fantastic base to be near to the airport, but also close to local attractions. Of all the places we stayed, this one was the best catered for. there was nothing it didn't have that we needed. luggage scales a real plus!. the parking was tight for space, but having a dedicated place to park was excellent. quiet an area when we needed it to be. would recommend

This was my parents’ second stay at Brendon and Jayne’s place, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It truly felt like a home away from home – cozy, quiet, and full of warmth. What I really appreciated was how Brendon stayed in touch with me during their stay to make sure everything was going well, especially since my parents don’t speak much English. That extra level of care meant a lot to us and made their final days in New Zealand feel very safe and supported. Thank you again for being such thoughtful and genuine hosts. We’ll definitely keep your place in mind for future visits!

Well appointed apartment with central London vibe. Comfortable beds and great location, close to the Viaduct restaurants. We enjoyed the tennis court and rooftop pool. Superb communication and advice. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic location. Everything in walking distance wether it eas North Warf, ferry to Waiheke, restaurants, shopping. Fantastic hosts, nothing was a problem. would definitely use again.
