A cabin by the lake with a big bridge. The place is newly built using ecological materials. The cabin is very cozy and has a healthy steam sauna. Viesu mājiņa atrodas parka malā, apm. 100 m no peldvietas Pērsē un 800m no slavenajām Kokneses pilsdrupām. Vieta ir klusa un mierīga, taču apm. 10-15 minūšu laikā, pastaigājoties pa parku, var nokļūt krodziņā "Rūdolfs", lai tur baudītu garšīgu maltīti, vai aiziet/aizbraukt uz "Maximu", ja gribas pašiem gatavot viesu mājiņas virtuvē. Ir autostāvvieta un bērnu rotaļlaukums.

Holiday home best suited for family gatherings and groups of close friends. Parties and events up to 30 persons are possible, but only with host permission and additional fees and might conditions apply. Beds for up to 18 people.
