The Ferryland Red House was immortalized in a 2017 photo while capturing a huge iceberg grounded in the waters near the community. Located alongside the archeological dig at the Colony of Avalon, we are the last house on the road to the Lighthouse built in 1861. A traditional saltbox style home - our lovely Red House has 5 bedrooms upstairs and an ocean view from every window in the house. Come and explore North America's second oldest community and stay right in the centre of it all.

One bedroom cottage in Normans cove a fishing village just an hour outside of St. John's. Queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. One and a half bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, living room, large decks with a barbecue and lounge furniture. It has all amenities, including cable, internet, and an eclectic collection of books. It is suitable for a single person looking for tranquility, or a couple looking for a getaway. It is not suitable for children. Available long/short term.

A wonderful Cabin on the sea. It is comfortable and private, high cielings, one bedroom, bathroom, and full size sitting/breakfast/kitchen room with a long sofa. You are 500 feet from the wharf which is the hub of this outport. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The CABIN is located next to the Barn, Bunky and Sibley Tent on the property.
