Our timber studio is perfect for those looking for a base whilst exploring Cornwall. It’s situated at the bottom of our garden with beautiful rural views yet only a 10min drive from the stunning North Cornish coast and 2mins off the A30. The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter! Guests can sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Dogs considered.

A cosy, bright and airy home away from home located in the manor grounds at Atlantic Reach Resort. Hengrove Villa is situated 6 miles from Newquay and is an excellent base to explore Cornwall. Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining area with beautiful views of the countryside. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (king and twin beds) and a shower room. Please note that we are not affiliated and therefore you will not be able to access the leisure facilities (pool, gym and soft play).
