The Gulf of Mexico is accessible via Crystal River located just across the Salt River from the condo. Wonderful seafood restaurants and activities, such as kayaking, snorkeling, swimming with the manatees, scalloping, biking, golfing, saltwater and freshwater fishing are all available nearby. A public beach is located 4 miles from the condo.

It is a refuge for fainting goats, ducks, chickens, baby piglets, an OUTDOOR hot/cold shower, and a COMPOST toilet. Adventures, fishing, while manatees, dolphins, and other wildlife can be spotted near year-round. Sit by a fire and relax in Adirondack chairs, hammock or at a picnic table. Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad.
