Chaumont Bay, one of world's largest freshwater bays, is a sought-after summer destination. We are a short drive to local tourist attractions in Alexandria Bay, Clayton, and Cape Vincent.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Enjoy a private retreat experience. Private entrance to bedroom suite/sitting area complete with spa-like bathroom. Entrance foyer provides basic meal prep area with small convection oven and one pot induction burner. Bedroom/sitting area includes bar fridge, microwave, kettle,coffee maker, teas and coffee. The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

No running water after Nov. 15 for the winter. Bring reusable cups, plates and cutlery for easy clean ups. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cabin. Located on the quiet part of Sand Lake (Rideau system) Property has two bedrooms in the main cabin and a Bunkie for summer use for an additional cost. Beautiful views, with great fishing, swimming and hiking. Jump in a kayak or canoe. No wifi. Talk to each other! Leashed pets only! Outhouse for use on property.

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.

Located on the Big Rideau Lake. Right on the water. Relax on the dock with your morning coffee. This Log Home will give you and your family an experience of a life time. You can relax outside by the fire pit, sing songs, roast marshmallows. The Log Home has everything you need for your stay! There is so much to do with you and your loved ones. Take a kayak ride from out dock feel energized or use Rideau Retreat as a Bridal Suite.

Bunkie on Howe Island

Howe Island Bunkie: Come and relax near the Thousand Isands on the St Lawrence River in a private bunkie. Cabin sleeps 2 with separate bathroom. Property includes kayaks , peddle boat, firepit (wood provided), corn-hole game, cards, board games. Cabin has electricity, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding provided and propane BBQ. Just bring your food, special beverages, and relax. Pets stay free.
