Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

Private guest suite in our downstairs apartment that has been newly renovated for your comfort. Private deck with hot tub and seating areas for your exclusive use. Located just a two minute drive to downtown Black Mountain and a 15 minute drive to Asheville. The living room area has comfy chairs and is near the king sized bed. The studio features a kitchenette with butcher block counters, sink, live edge shelving and a bar area with seating. Private bathroom with shower. No chore lists!

The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

Check out nearby area's open for business, including Black Mountain, Marion, Blowing Rock, Nantahala, and our sweet local Brewery Hillmann!!! Limit one load of laundry per night. FYI, you share the yard with our other guests and our 3 sweet dogs.
