Rocking chairs on the deck are perfect for morning coffee, a midday snooze, or late afternoon conversation - all under a canopy of mature hardwoods. The cabin has a wood burning stove as well as baseboard heat to keep you toasty. And very kid friendly!

Snuggle up with some tea during brisk weather, or enjoy a morning coffee on the porch while the sun is shining. You can expect occasional visits from ducks, rabbits, deer, and bears. Come and rest.

Farm View Cottage is a sweet two bedroom one bath small home that sits on a knoll overlooking mountains and our pastures. The cottage offers you privacy and a quiet place to relax. The location finds you just seven miles from Asheville, five to Black Mountain, and three miles from Warren Wilson College. You are close to hiking trails, local breweries and an eclectic choice of Asheville eateries. Biltmore Estate is 20 minutes away. For longer visits there are nearby grocery and pharmacies.

Clear Branch Cottage

Clear Branch Cottage is 750 sq. feet with 180 sq. feet of covered porch totally surrounded by forest, which can be enjoyed sitting on the porch or inside with large picture windows and views throughout. It has one bedroom with a queen bed, and a trundle bed with 2 single mattresses. A comfortable living room with mid century decor adjoins the well equipped kitchen. The porch has a dining table with additional seating. The private backyard has a gas grill, plenty of seating and a fire ring.

Cabin in the Clouds is a beautiful, one bedroom vacation home in a secluded, private community that's very quiet and has been renovated in 2023. The bathroom was completely remodeled, new living room furniture, new marble top dining room table, refurbished bedroom, new floors. There's a beautiful view from our porch that has deck furniture and propane grill. Inside is an open layout with open beam ceiling and pine paneling. Black Mountain is a quaint vacation town, you will love this place.
