Our place is on the second floor and have wood finishing, so we have a relatively low humidity level. Hostel located 400 meters away from the beach with a couple of parks surrounding it. There is Batumi Stadium in 0.8km and two shopping malls in less than a 1km. First bus stop you might need is in the front of the building and second is 100 meters away. Groceries is in the next building. Everything listed in amenities is free of charge. Except the lockers and electric dryer ;^)
