perfect location, so close to bus and tram stops. its not in the mega busy main tourist drag of Balat, its a nicer area for me, more local feel with great , cheap eateries , but really easy to walk into the busier parts. check in, communication, arranging transfers all of that was smooth and friendly. nice balcony, good hot water and comfy bed. its a boutique apart stay rather than a regular home, so you do need to take your own tea/cooking oil etc...but the kitchen had all i needed - except a turkish teapot :)

The studio is located on the main street near the beach, shops, restaurants and a park with a playground. There are enough parking spaces on the street right in front of the location. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a stay. All devices are in working condition. The host was very responsive to our requests. The pool and the garden are permanently clean and maintained. We would love to come back

This Apartment was incredible. stunning view of Bosphorus from each floor. The apartment was well decorated. Beds were comfortable and clean. You need to be ready to climb lots of stairs. But this Istanbul, your thighs will be tested all over the city. Ugur was a very kind host and available anytime.

Grandioses Apartment im Dachgeschoß eines schön renovierten Hauses in der Altstadt von Sozopol, direkt oberhalb der Küstenfelsen. Der Ausblick vom eigenen Balkon ist einfach nur traumhaft! Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, funktional, modern und ohne irgendwelchen Schnickschnack eingerichtet. Das große Bett und das Schlafsofa sind äusserst bequem, also haben wir uns auch blendend ausruhen können. Zum Strand schlendert man etwa 10 min bergab durch die Altstadt und kommt an allerhand netten Boutiquen und Schmuckläden vorbei - vor allem der Stand der kreativen Schmuckkünstlerin Tanya Tabakova ist sehr empfehlenswert :). Herzlichen Dank auch für den Tipp, ins Restaurant Neptun zu gehen, das nur 1min vom Apartment entfernt lliegt. Wir haben da jeden Abend sehr gut und zu reellen Preisen (ist keine Touristenfalle) auf der Terasse mit Meeresblick gegessen und wurden immer sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient. Fazit: wir planen definitiv wieder zu kommen! Vielen Dank!

У Ирины прекрасные аппартаменты. Хороший ремонт с единым дизайном в морском стиле. Стиль выдержан даже в посуде и рисунке постельного белья, плюс приятный для глаз декор в виде картинок, рыбок и прочих мелочей. . Апартаменты на 26 этаже с огромными панорамными окнами и как бы двухэтажные. Внизу просторная гостиная с кухней и санузлом, небольшая лестница наверх, где кровать и встроенный шкаф. Все чистое и новое, включая сантехнику. С 26 этажа прекрасный вид на море. До пляжа 3 минуты ходьбы, до старого города минут 25, но около входа всегда стоят таксисты, и домчат за 5-6 минут. В соседнем здании супермаркет. Заселение без проблем. На ресепшн быстро выдали карточку-ключ и безлимитную карточку для лифта ( лифт платный, такая в Батуми фишка). При выезде просто оставили ключ на ресепшн. Отличный вариант проживания в гостеприимном, сытном и душевно-теплом Батуми. Если еще соберемся в Батуми, то снова сюда.

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux par le neveu d'Isik qui a eu la gentillesse de nous monter notre valise, merci à lui. L'appartement est très bien placé, à 10 mn à pied de l'arrêt Havabus ( direct vers l'aéroport Gokcen). Le Airbnb d'Isik est spacieux, propre , bien équipé et très confortable, avec une belle terrasse. De plus, sa situation à 5mn de Taksim permet de rejoindre les métros , bus et tramways qui vous emmènent aux principaux sites touristiques. Isik à été très aimable et réactif, toujours soucieux de notre bien être. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul et nous vous recommandons très vivement de séjourner dans le merveilleux Airbnb d'Isik, vous ne serez pas déçu.

I had a wonderful time staying in this apartment in Varna. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to the city center. The host, Ruslan, was very communicative and accommodating. The garage was a great convenience. Overall, a great experience!

Can't count the number of times we have stayed here. We brought two "seniors" with us and they loved the place.

Nurten Hanım harika bir ev sahipliği yaptı. Ev tertemizdi ve her detayda ayrı bir özen hissediliyordu. Ne zaman ihtiyacımız olsa bizimle hemen iletişime geçti ve hızlıca dönüş sağladı. Muhteşem manzarası, geniş balkonları ve ev sahibimizin ilgisiyle unutulmaz bir deneyim yaşadık.

A wonderful time in a great cozy place. Good living space for two with a balcony on each side. A really nice feeling to enjoy the flat itself, but also the location in this part of the city. We'd be very happy to go back, even with those steep stairs to get to that nest :-)

I had a fantastic stay at Milen's appartment - wonderful and cozy! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. Milen was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location was ideal – close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to be peaceful. I especially loved the comfortable bed, the fireplace and the lovely balcony. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I would definitely book again in the future!

Die Lage ist super – nur 5 Gehminuten ins Zentrum. Zwar liegt die Wohnung im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug und der Weg dorthin ist etwas steil, aber das lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich, und die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft ♡ Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung!

Nice stay.

Beautiful apartment located on the hillside. It is an old historical building with no elevator (the apartment is on the fourth floor). A big terrace with a stunning view. Two comfy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and a big living room. Fully air-conditioned. The only problem we have experienced was mosquitos (we suggest the host increase mosquito nets). The furniture on the terrace has to be improved (more oversized table, chair). The neighborhood is pretty, with stores and restaurants. Consider that the house is on the hillside, so all the streets are uphill.

Mariya war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und reaktionsschnell bei Fragen. Die Wohnung sah genau wie auf den Bildern aus und war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Auch kochen konnte man gut in der Wohnung. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe und gut erreichbar. Zum Strand läuft man ungefähr 25 Minuten, was für dieses Preis- Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall mehr als fair ist. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung mit viel Liebe und Detail geschmückt und man fühlt sich darin sehr wohl. Für zwei Personen für eine Woche auf jeden Fall mehr als ausreichend.

I have stayed in Burgas many times but this is the best. In the heart of the city moments away from the sea garden. Andon and his wife collected me from and took me back to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is small but perfect. Able to cook, use the two balconies and watch TV and use the Internet. Do not hesitate book it now!

Check-in und check out war super flexibel. Sehr leichte und freundliche kommunikation und die wohnung ist echt toll. Hab mich direkt zuhause gefühlt.

Мы отдыхали с 14.06 по 21 06 2019 г. вчетвером. Квартира находится в очень удобном месте. Пойдешь прямо, через 5 минут на море, пойдешь назад через 5 минут в исторической части города. Все окна выходят во двор, не слышен шум с ул. ш. Руставели. В квартире свежий ремонт, чисто, чистая и неубитая посуда в достаточном количестве, чистое постельное белье, фен, утюг. Кровати , диваны мебель все как на фото.. Удобные матрасы, подушки. В квартире 2 балкона, где можно сушить вещи после пляжа. Море рядом, по пути к морю кафешки, ресторан Берг (кстати самые вкусные хинкали), маленький ухоженный парк с уточками, птичками, черепашками (интересно для детей). теннистый парк с фонтанчиками, где можно отдохнуть от жары. Буквально за углом обменный пункт валюты, маленькие супермаркеты с овощами и фруктами, винные магазины, автобусная остановка, откуда можно доехать во все части города.Нас встречала и провожала очень приветливая Элла, рассказала где можно вкусно поесть и что посетить из достопримечательностей. Вылет у нас был в 8 вечера, нам разрешили остаться в квартире до вечера. Спасибо за это хозяину, всегда был с нами на связи по телефону. Пожив здесь неделю и посмотрев, решили, что этот выбор квартиры очень удачный. Всем нашим знакомым рекомендуем именно эту квартиру, и в следующий раз приедем обязательно сюда.. Лучшего варианта и не стоит искать.
