Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in midtown Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our large open concept two bedroom, one bath home. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, lrg bathroom w/ tub + organic toiletries, ondemand water heater w/ heated floors in bath and mini splits throughout. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Cottonwood Creek runs next door and a park across the street with views of Pikes Peak West out the front door.
