The Coach House is a cosy attic retreat above the old stables. Up the slate steps and through the traditional wooden door to find exposed oak beams, a king-size bed, kitchenette, dining area and shower room. The perfect base for a peaceful stay before exploring Exmoor and the beautiful North Devon coast. Bluebeard’s Rest at Heale Moor Farm is situated in the peaceful hamlet of Heale along a single-track no through road. Located within Exmoor National Park and a short distance from the historic village of Parracombe where the local pub and community shop can be found. Easy access to the moor and numerous footpaths, including trails to Heddon Valley and Heddon’s Mouth. A short drive to the beautiful North Devon Coast and many beautiful beaches. Lynton and Lynmouth are a 20 minutes drive.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The Cabin @ Hallsdown is a delightful two-bedroom Scandinavian log cabin, set within its own private garden. A spacious balcony area provides a perfect spot for outdoor dining. The cabin is situated next to a small adult-only touring park and is not suitable for children or pets. Surrounded by countryside, it lies just a mile and a half from Exmoor National Park and is conveniently close to the coast. The Cabin @ Hallsdown is the ideal base for an unforgettable getaway in North Devon.

North Challacombe Farm is a luxury accessible and spacious 5 bedroom home set in 50 acres within Exmoor Park, with breathtaking countryside and sea views. This is a perfect house to relax and unwind away from the crowds but is equally well positioned to access some of the best sights of North Devon. This home is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor and has an adapted ground floor bedroom with electric profiling bed and large en suite wet room with roll-in shower and grab rails.

Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.
