Misty Mountain Cabin Manapouri - Cosy Nature Views

Misty Mountain Cabin is located near Lake Manapouri, gateway to Fiordland National Park and just a 3 minute drive from Manapouri. It's a great base to explore this stunning region. It is a private and self contained studio cabin, built with native timbers and sustainable products. The interior is cosy, but modern and the native timber gives the cabin a rustic, natural charm. It's in a beautiful woodland setting, home to many native birds, superb mountain views and magnificent night skies.

Located on the outskirts of Lake Manapouri this self contained cottage (kitchen and laundry included) has magnificent views into Fiordland National Park from both within the cottage and the outdoor BBQ and hot tub area. Fully self contained home complete with own garden area on our 12 acre alpaca farm. Keep warm and cosy every season with our alpaca duvet on the bed and black out curtains to ensure a really good nights cosy sleep. Meet and join us feeding our alpacas during your stay.

The Hitchin Rail - Eco Farmstay with stunning view

Looking for a place to get away from the modern life distractions. This refurbished shepherd's hut with its fantastic views over Fiordland and The Takitimu Mountains is the perfect retreat. Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Overlooking Fergus Square, our unit is newly renovated and decorated. Stacker doors open onto a covered deck for outdoor relaxing. Fully insulated and with a heat pump, you will be warm and comfortable no matter the weather. Just a few minutes walk to the lake, and 5 minutes walk to shops, cafés and bars, the location is perfect! Beautiful lake, spectacular mountains and easily accessed walking tracks. Couples, and groups of two will love this location on the doorstep of Fiordland National Park, while still only a few doors down from a bar/ restaurant, cafe / dairy and the starting point for Doubtful Sound cruises.

PLEASE NOTE_ Owing to staff holidays it is not possible to accept a check in on Christmas Day (25th December). You can depart on Christmas day or later if required. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a stroll to the shores of Lake Te Anau and a 90 minute drive to the world renowned Milford Sound, although you may wish to allow more time for photo opportunities!
