Just 10min to Boone, 12min to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway. For skiing enthusiasts you are; 15min to App Ski Area 30min to Sugar Mountain 45min to Beech Mountain

Vacation on the river, in the mountains of North Carolina. Secluded Fully furnished suite in a private home located on the Watauga River at Beech Creek convergent. One bedroom with a Queen size Bed, twin XL and Murphy bed. One bathroom with tub and shower. Living room with gas fire place, washer dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Floor to ceiling glass doors on two sides allowing full view of river and creek. Huge deck with tables and chairs which includes grill and gas fire pit. PETS welcome.

The cottage features a Fully updated Kitchen with a Refrigerator, Full size stove and a microwave for cooking for a weekend stay or a month long visit, which is open to the living room with daybed for extra guest and large private deck of the back overlooking the beautiful property of Yonahlossee Resort. The Bedroom has a King size bed adjacent to the spacious bathroom with a newly updated walk-in shower.

Sunbear also has high-speed internet for remote work and a backup generator. Cooler months offer backcountry hiking along creeks chocked with waterfalls off the eastern flank of the cabin. Summer features wildlife, Fireflies, and a nice quiet place to escape the summer heat.
