It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

It is stylish, cosy and comfortable This period property has beautiful views over the large garden which often displays a beautiful sun set .You may well be treated to the church bells or deer, green woodpeckers and rabbits in the garden . Close to many local amenities and close to the historic town of Epworth, Birthplace of John & Charles Wesley. We are a twenty minute journey from Robin Hood Airport and 15 minutes from the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, a must visit for Adults & children. Nearby leisure activities include many well established and renowned fishing lake complexes.

This romantic place to stay offers a history all of its own. Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Heapham, the windmill barns were sympathetically converted by the owners in 2020. Take advantage and have a look inside the magnificent 1876 windmill during your stay which was restored in 1996. Nearby Gainsborough offers plenty of shops, cafes and eateries. Enjoy a walk around Lincoln Cathedral and Castle being only 15 miles away. After exploring enjoy a peaceful soak in the hot tub.
