Javier’s Airbnb was cozy and welcoming, located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. He was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. A very decent and thoughtful host with a lovely family. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again. Thank you for making my family and me feel so comfortable!

The apartment was just as described and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. There were plenty of towels and chairs for the beach and we appreciated the quick responses from the host for a replacement hairdryer when we discovered the one in the unit wasn’t working. Would stay here again, but be aware there is very loud construction going on during the day if you have little ones that nap.

Stayed here for a quick overnight, and I had a wonderful experience. Crisp, clean, air-conditioned unit right in the stunning El CID district. This place is perfect for one night, or several! Nice communal space outside that is very peaceful. Add to your list a walk in the morning to Celis Juice which is ~7-8 min along the beautifully manicured Palm Beach homes. Take your juice down to the waterway and you’ll have the perfect morning. Thanks for a lovely space. Highly recommend!

Marcela was very responsive, answered all of our questions, and made our stay super comfortable.

The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Gorgeous views and walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the music festival. When I first requested the booking, it was for a 2 bedroom, but the host let me know that there was only a 1 bedroom available. Knowing that the location was exactly where I needed to be, I was okay with taking the 1 bedroom. The front desk did need me to provide the host's last name and phone number so I would recommend requesting that information before you arrive. Fortunately, Hanna was available to call the front desk and confirm my reservation. Overall, check-in took a little longer than expected, but they were very pleasant. Great place to stay and very friendly host. would definitely stay here again!

The stay was really good for two people. It’s a small guesthouse, so it’s best suited for one or two guests to stay comfortably and peacefully. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions, which made the check-in process smooth. The only concern was the lack of ventilation in the washroom and the overall space.

I absolutely loved Maria's place First of all she is so kind and answered right away to all my messages. The location is really great, I felt super safe traveling as a young woman alone. It's also very conveniently located to get to many different neighborhoods in Miami. I will say I did walk everywhere and used public transportation which did work out but I do recommend renting a car because things are very spread out here in general. Other than that her place was absolutely beautiful, cozy, super clean, and had all necessary appliances for a long term stay! I would definitely come back to stay here again 100%!😊

We absolutely loved this place and enjoyed our stay. The host was super helpful and accommodating when we had to change our plans last min to include our pets. This place was also unbeatable for the price we paid. It was only a short drive from all the activities we wanted to do and had all the extra features such as cameras and a gated entry for our vehicles. Would deff recommend to anyone wanting to come and enjoy Miami without the crazy cost or fighting all the traffic downtown.

Jairo and co host Maria was really helpful. They were responsive. We felt right at home . Pretty good options from rest of the options we saw around.

Lovely place to stay, gets lots of beautiful natural light and is so close to vibrant Calle 8. Patricia was very responsive to any questions that came up! We really enjoyed our stay and would return! Future guests should know that this location is upstairs and that the mattress in the main bedroom is very firm.

Pros: Location is EVERYTHING!!! Only 1 block away from the beach. There’s a convenient small market across the street, and lots of food options within walking distance. The property was cute felt like your own little tropical oasis! The pool is magnificent! You do share it but it didn’t bother me. Loved having our own private hot tub, a grill and nice patio area, make sure you bring bug spray, the mosquitoes will get you! Bed is comfortable, nice spacious shower. Beach chairs were provided for guests use which was nice! Cons: The couch wasn’t as comfortable. The place could use a better clean, most dishes I used were dirty so I had to re wash everything, and Some beach towels had stains. Would have been extremely useful if we had a laundry basket or hamper available to use. Overall, I would definitely come back again! Host was extremely responsive and helpful, addressed all my concerns & questions. Definitely book it!

I was pleasantly surprised. The unit is larger than seems in pictures. The house covers every simpler necessity. Had snacks water utensils anything you need for cooking washer and dryer. Towels rags all in a clean safe, quiet spacious area. Outdoor you got charcoal or gas grills. A hot tub that feels like you’re in your own private land. He’s very cautious it’s not to disrupt your stay and extremely polite and professional.

5 stars – Wonderful Stay in South Beach! Our stay at Leslie’s South Beach Apartments was absolutely fantastic! This spacious 2-bedroom gem in the heart of South Beach, Miami, was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was sparkling clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location couldn’t be better—steps from the vibrant South Beach scene, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. Leslie was an incredible host, super communicative, and made our late-night check-in around 2:30 AM seamless with clear instructions. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped. This place made our trip unforgettable, and we’d love to return. Highly recommend Leslie’s place to anyone visiting South Beach!

The Maria was wonderful! I was visiting from NY for F1 weekend and I’m glad I picked this place. Maria accommodated me with my check in and check out times to work around my schedule and that truly made my trip and overall stay a lot better. The place was beautiful and very clean. I will definitely be staying here next time I come back. Thanks again Maria!

Muy buen departamento que coincidía perfecto con las fotos publicadas. La limpieza era perfecta y estaba provisto con toallas y toallones de calidad y en cantidad. También había en el departamento una sombrilla, sillitas de playa y toallones de playa, lo que resulta muy útil. La cocina tenía una heladera que funcionaba muy bien, cafetera Nespresso con capsulas en abundancia, pava eléctrica, tostadora e, inclusive había un anafe eléctrico con ollas y sartenes por si quisieran cocinar. Excelente comunicación con el propietario y buen consejo de utilizar el parking público que está a dos minutos del departamento y es más económico que el valet parking del hotel. La ubicación del departamento, a unos metros de la playa. Todo muy bien!

Loved the place! Felt like at home and it was only a 3 day short stay.Close to shops and restaurants!The unit was is nice,got nice lights everywhere,comfy bed,lovely kitchen and living room area.Really enjoyed our stay.Definitely will come back if ever back to Miami! Thank you! 🙏
