A unique place located in the full city center of Noto with 200m2 outside featuring a relaxing small pool (3.5mx1.8m) (heated when needed) that will make your holiday unforgettable. You will be able to walk to the main touristic places and to the restaurant while enjoying the comfort of having a large terrace where you can tan and refresh in the pool. The building features three double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom that can accommodate one or two people. Pool heating included in the price.

E' immersa in quattro ettari di ulivi secolari e mandorli che creano un atmosfera coinvolgente e rilassante. La casa è adatta a coppie, gruppi di amici e famiglie con bambini. La piscina privata di 6 per 3 metri vi accoglierà' per un totale relax.
