I rented this space for my 41st birthday trip with my cousin, and it was absolutely perfect. The rental was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was our host, Daniela. From the start, she provided clear check-in instructions and thoughtful recommendations for exploring the island. Daniela is incredibly kind and attentive, with a natural gift for hospitality. She checked in periodically to ensure we had everything we needed while giving us complete privacy in the shared space. The towels and toiletries provided made our five-day stay even more convenient. The private beach access was a peaceful escape from the busy 7 Mile Beach, offering the perfect spot to relax. Really nice and well equipped studio. Everything was new, as I think this is a new place / new listing! Judith was great and very friendly. The minus is that you must have a car, if you want to go anywhere on the island. The only "swimmable" beach is really Seven Mile Beach, which is a 25 min drive away, or maybe Rum Point, which is a 30 minute ride away. So expect to always drive to get to places. However, house was super quiet, we were the only guests at the time, and everything was very clean / well equipped!

Our family of 4 stayed for 7 days and had a fantastic time. One of the reasons why we chose to stay here was the location, right in-between 7 mile beach and the attractions near rum point. It was about 25 minutes to each. Plenty of restaurants under 15 minutes away. The outside pool area and pool were excellent! The pool is large and the water temp is perfect. Great views of the ocean with plenty of loungers, chairs and tables. The beach itself isn't really for swimming as it's rocky but you can snorkel or relax on the loungers. The condo layout is nice with the kitchen and living room having ocean views. One bedroom upstairs also has ocean views. Furniture is very comfortable along with a SMART tv for all your streaming apps. The two queen beds were comfortable and the rooms were fairly large. Condo has pickleball/tennis courts. Highly recommend if you are going to rent a car and be out and about exploring the island.

Livia’s beach property was exactly what my family and I were looking for! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Everything was so clean and efficient. Our families favorite part of the Villa was the pool and easy access to the beautiful beach! We noticed people snorkeling everyday! We can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking for the PERFECT place to stay in Grand Cayman then look no further than this absolutely amazing property. The house was pristine, the location was perfect and it was a very quiet neighborhood. Peter is a genuinely kind and caring host and we felt right at home. We were there for 10 days and loved every minute of our stay. Peter recommended Calypso Grill in West Bay and it was one of the best dining experiences that we’ve ever had while on vacation. Thank you Peter! We will be back!

As advertised. Beautiful location near the quiet Rum Point side of the island. Our group had a blast and the property manager was a joy.

Je suis vraiment satisfaite de mon expérience aux îles Cayman. J’ai adore le logement je l’aurais acheter pour y vivre , l’environnement est calme, c’est très propre, il y a tout ce qu’on a besoin, tout est pensé et réfléchie pour notre confort. Les chambres sont belles et la terrasse est parfaite. Les instructions sont très claire et Patricia est patiente et tellement charmante. Je recommanderai ce condo à tous mes amis qui désirent expérimenter les îles Cayman et je recommande cet endroit pour les gens qui recherchent un voyage calme et reposant. La plage est en effet sauvage mais on s’habitue très vite à la nature et il y a de beaux bassins bleu turquoise et chaud ! Les journée à la plage privée était très reposante. Mon conjoint et mon fils on fait du kayak tous les jours et mes 3 enfants ont fait du snorkeling, tout était disponible et en bon état wow!! Les serviettes de plage sont parfaites grandes et moelleuses ! Les nombreuses piscines et les maisons colorées offrent un paysage

Nice spacious place for two people. We only had one minor issue with an unintentionally locked door and Shellie was immediately responsive and had it fixed within an hour. the place was well equipped with everything needed. Weather was windy while we were there but that's not their fault. Great communication!

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful beachfront, well stocked kitchen, living areas with comfortable seating, comfortable beds. Hosts were highly responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We took advantage of the kayak and snorkeling equipment that are included. The entire home is exceptionally clean and spacious. Hope to return someday!

Our entire party was impressed from the moment we pulled up to the property. As visually pleasing as the outside is, the inside pales it in comparison. The interior design is absolutely breathtaking with the most stunning views from almost every room. Each space provides the guest with the opportunity to either have total privacy, or engage in meaningful group connection and activities. We were shocked at how much we enjoyed the water using the Kayaks provided and the min golf. We must have played for hours. We had an amazing group bbq, utilizing the highly equipped kitchen. The appliances are top notch. The laundry was clutch and the communication was exceptional. This house I a gem. We would absolutely return.

To make a long review short, well worth the money. It's a huge house, it could comfortable sleep 6-8 people and not be crowded. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Every time we needed something, even things you wouldn't expect like a coffee bean grinder. toaster oven, or snorkel, it was there. The sandy beach was maybe 20 yards to the East. It's worth the price. Would go back again and again.

This was a wonderful family vacation! We stayed in Cayman for a week with 2 kids (11 & 12) and in-laws (60s). The house was wonderfully clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and bigger than we expected. Plenty of room for us to spread out and everyone enjoyed the pool! Easy location to access all of Caymans tourists hotspots (everything we did was within 15-20 minute drive). We passed a very nice grocery and liquor store on the way from the airport (which was only 10 minutes) so it was very convenient arriving. Our family enjoys cooking and missed having an outdoor grill or outdoor eating area. The only thing to note is, as another guest mentioned, you will get the smell of the landfill on occasion. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Grand Cayman, we could have stayed another week.

My husband and I stayed in Jayne's condo to celebrate my 60th birthday. I booked it a year in advance, and looked forward to it all year. It surpassed all of our expectations! The view is gorgeous, the condo has everything you need, there were always available beach chairs and umbrellas, and Jayne's recommendations were great! The water is so clear, and the temperature and weather were perfect. Jayne's condo looks just like the pictures, and is centrally located on the island. The condo is right on the water, with a perfect balcony where we enjoyed breakfast and gorgeous sunsets. The condo is in a secluded and quiet area, but you can access more energy by taking a 5 minute walk to the Kimpton for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Jayne was so thoughtful and left a bottle of champagne in the fridge to enjoy on my birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Suladda's place which was right on the Seven Mile beach. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to great restaurants and a nearby supermarket. But the real highlight was stepping out the door directly onto the beach, where we enjoyed peaceful mornings and stunning sunsets every day. When the sea was a bit too choppy, the quiet and well-maintained pool offered a perfect alternative. The entire property was clean and comfortable, and everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to book this fantastic flat again—and if you're considering it, don't think twice. You won’t regret it!

This place was perfect for what we needed and wanted for our trip! We really enjoyed how secluded it was but also how close it was to Rum Point! The place was incredibly clean. Beach towels, chairs and cooler were used daily and it was nice to be able to wash and dry swimsuits and towels while there! Natalie was very responsive and helpful when we had questions and even had her husband drop off an extra blanket! Our kids loved the pool and we loved being able to walk out to the water each morning! My only complaint was the wind while we were there!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s! As other reviews have mentioned, the construction was really not a bother to us at all. We made great use of the kitchen and dining area. Everything was clean and the natural lighting was great. Some of the islands best snorkeling is right outside of the condo! We saw cuttlefish and a barracuda. Highly recommend this place!

We went with a group and we all stayed at 3 different locations. Our place was the best of 3, the Lazy Lizard and all the girls bartending were the best. We will stay here again!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We loved the view from the kitchen/living room right out to the ocean. It had everything we needed to be able to cook some meals at the condo during our stay. The pool was big with plenty of room for everyone who wanted to enjoy it. And we also enjoyed having access into the water right in front of the condo- we were able to snorkel the ship wreck a few times. The outdoor shared patio’s were also great to have access to and watch the sunset from. We appreciated having access to the washer and dryer as well. They also have beach chairs, small cooler and other beach supplies if you need them- which is great so you don’t have to travel with those items or rent them. There was construction going on at the large building beside the condos - it didn’t bother us too much because we were always out and about during the day exploring. Parking is tight, so a smaller car is best - we backed into the spot which was much easier to get in/out. Loved this place!

We've stayed at a number of different Airbnb's and also resorts. This was one of our best experiences by far anywhere. The location is perfect, there are so many amenities, and the host was very communicative and helpful! Would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone. Even though it's a condo community, it feels like a private resort. The beach is very private and protected from the waves, the pool was lovely and our three-year-old had so much fun playing there. And the restaurant and pool bar were excellent!

We just returned from Cayman Islands, and spent a week at this property. It was one of the best kept vacation rentals we have ever rented. Everything was as described in the description, was very professionally organized within the condo. It is clean, well kept with all good quality furniture and finishes as one would expect at their own home. Location is great, of course pool and beach are right there and is walkable to lots of shopping and restaurant options. David, Lee and Ildi (local property manager) were all great and very responsive. We had rented a car to get around to explore and had fun doing so. Our beach time was split between the beach at this condo and at Governor’s beach which is on seven mile itself but further up. Highly recommend for the quality and price on the island and would certainly stay here on our next visit.
