It has one bedroom, an open plan living room / kitchen with a double sofa bed for 2 additional guests, if needed. Cot available on request. A private outdoor space with access to our shared woodland, field, gardens and play equipment. 20mins from the famous beaches of N Cornwall; Polzeath, Rock and Padstow.

Enter into a hallway then from here into a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and TV. Access to a shower room is off the kitchenette and also leads to a roomy lounge providing a sofa, TV, dining table and a desk area. A 5 min walk to town centre.
