This tastefully updated home exudes "peaceful and cozy" w/ 2 bedrooms w/ brand new luxury king sized mattresses, 1.5 baths w/ walk-in tile shower, charming living room w/55" TV, Fiber internet, front load washer and dryer, dining table for 4+ bar seating, and a tranquil backyard space that is fully fenced, (dog friendly for an extra $75 cleaning fee, NO CATS).

Solar and motion detector lights along with a lighted electronic key pad for ease of access. Please note there are 23 steps with rails on both sides and a landing area half way to the apartment.

We offer a comfy queen size bed, comfy roll away twin bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, walk-in closet, sitting area with couch and tv, private entrance with a private drive and parking area. You can also enjoy many extra features on the property, which include beautiful flower gardens and fountains.

My home is a very quaint, clean, and private space in a very walkable and welcoming community. Historic Irvington is full of several eateries, coffee shops and a brewery within steps. Just follow the Pensey Trail south a block to explore this exciting community. Or, take the trail for a light run or bike ride! Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.

Built in 2013, Water's Edge is a secluded, warm, & rustic 2nd story home sit above a horse barn turned epic R.E. office w/ perhaps the best view in the county! Enjoy the sunrise over the pond from the 12'x30' deck, or the animals grazing to the south. The Farm Stay is entrmt central boasting of a lg open living room/full kitchen with a wood pellet stove for your enjoyment on those cold winter nights! Not to mention catch&release fishing, corn hole, tetherball, volleyball, or bonfire!

Grandpa’s Cabin at Heidenreich Hollow offers exclusive lodging on our hilly 5 acre wooded property. We offer a peaceful getaway from life while being right in the middle of both Indianapolis and Bloomington! Our quiet rustic cabin has a loft bedroom with stair access that includes a King size bed, 2 twin beds and an air mattress. The Lodge at Treetop Retreat

Spacious former recording studio with an unforgettable view! Perched atop one of Brown County’s highest hills, The Lodge offers soaring 20 ft ceilings, an open-concept great room, and one of the best views in the Midwest. With a jetted indoor spa tub, seasonal gas fireplace, pool table, it’s a unique space. King bed on the main level and two queen beds in the loft. A front porch and back deck (for enjoying the stunning view), complete with seating and a charcoal grill.

New Construction! Entire Private Unit located in our Barn, now with a private fenced yard. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our property is a quiet rural area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within 15-20 minutes of city life and shopping. Your private unit is located in our brand new pole barn on our historic farm. It is a lower level unit that sleeps 4 and has 1 bedroom and 1 bath.

You’re in close proximity to Lucas Oil, the Convention Center, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Murat, and many major hospitals are in a 10 mile radius.
