Very nice spacious home. Clean and comfortable. The host was easy to get a reply from and very informative about yard services and when they were coming. The dog fee did feel a little steep, although I understand the need for it and Karina was very up front about the price.

Our stay was great! House is in a perfect location to walk around town or a short drive to winter activities. The house itself was clean and large enough for our group of 8. The kitchen was clean and had all the necessary tools to cook at home.

Super clean home and the photos matched the home. Excellent neighborhood with lots of activities nearby. I would rent again for sure.

This was the perfect spot that we needed for a few days in town for a wedding. Super quiet and a beautiful county location. The house was very comfortable and clean and was furnished with everything we needed. We only regretted that we didn't have more time to spend enjoying the gardens and the views around the house.

We absolutely loved staying at Judy’s place! We were visiting family for our daughter’s first birthday and she made us feel very welcome and right at home! We walked in to a beautiful place with a happy birthday banner and Easter basket for our daughter. She also laid out some fun toys for her to play with. Everything was perfect and we felt so taken care of! Judy is the prime example of a good host. She’ll make you feel welcomed and cared for. We’ll definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Terry's place was a great location fir a weekend stay. Private and easy to get to, clean, and cozy

The location was perfect. Easy walk to downtown and very safe. The Military Reserve is right there for getting outdoors and getting some exercise. Flying M Coffee is a 15 minute walk and it is a safe a peaceful walk. Will definitely stay again!

We appreciate all the thoughtful ways you made us feel welcome. We loved the quiet, peaceful neighborhood and walked for miles on the greenbelt. We had a wonderful stay and we would love to come back.

You'll likely want to extend your stay! Haha but seriously. Simply Above & Beyond!! 🤩👏 They do it right at The Coffeehouse! A cozy & inviting home away from home, where you'll likely make fast, new connections & friends. Nothing goes over looked for guests of The Coffeehouse. The basics provided, the thought of additional items you may want/ need - like a fan, extra blankets, a small rollaway bed, robes and even a small care package for purchase if you'd like slippers n such too! Quick on communication and very considerate too. The home is very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. Close to the Meridian and Boise areas and less than 10 minutes to Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge ..To be honest, I was initially a bit reluctant to book, as I usually prefer to book the 'entire home' options. But I am so glad I did! It was a wonderful stay & The Coffeehouse certainly lives up to its name! If you love coffee, you'll certainly get your fix here. Definitely recommend 10/10 +++

I’m hesitant to write an outstanding review, as I want to keep this place all to myself! Carrie is absolutely lovely, very personable, and knows how to host in the best of ways. She does a great job adding personal touches that make you feel valued and at home. The space is relaxing, private and perfect for a solo traveler or party of two. Easy walk to downtown Boise and a short drive to activities at BSU & all the surrounding areas. This unit is now at the top of my list - I am hopeful it will be available for all my future travels to Boise!

This was absolutely a breathtaking peaceful place to stay! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The home is to die for! Very comfortable bed. Super bummed I forgot about the treasure hunt they had option todo :) just another reason to stay again!

We truly loved our stay with Mark and Shirley! They were welcoming and wonderful hosts! When we arrived Mark was mowing the grass which was a wonderful welcoming smell of fresh cut grass we miss living in the desert! Shirley came and welcomed us even after having knee surgery! We had a wonderful stay and the most amazing breakfast the next morning! Thank you both so much for your hospitality! Would love to come back!
