We had the most relaxing stay at Emily and Bo’s home. The pictures and description are totally accurate. The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai area, pool and spa, and being right on the canal was the best! Manatees swimming by, kayaking out to the mangroves with the bay so close was amazing. So many different bird species captured on my Merlin app too. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s important to note how comfy the bed was as well with soft linens. We definitely plan to book again and can’t wait to come back. Emily is a terrific host!

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This stay was short but truly unforgettable, and that’s entirely thanks to the most exceptional hostess I’ve ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were next-level—genuine hospitality that can’t be taught. The property itself is sweet, simple, and elegantly appointed with everything we needed for a peaceful night. The backyard was a slice of paradise, and the water access added such a serene, magical touch to the environment. The neighborhood was quiet and chill, and the whole island had this calming energy—as if time had slowed down for us to take it all in. But again, the true standout here is the hostess. We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

Would diffidently recommend! Angie was extremely prompt with all communication and very friendly. We learned that she is very connected with the island which shows. It's not just bodies in the door and profit for her. She truly loves the island and it shows. We have rented homes with a local company for 15 years and were nervous to use any other source (had to due to availability on what we wanted). The fears and questions ended on day 1. Angie not only delivered a great home exactly as advertised but was easy to communicate with and easily accommodated a request that we asked due to unforeseen circumstances on our arrival (on our part and nothing to do with the rental) . She truly went above and beyond and we're glad to have met her. Looking for many more memories made in the future!

It was like staying at a friend/family’s home. Located on a cul de sac, the place was very peaceful and quiet. Little tricky to unlock the door but you’ll get the hang of it. Upon entry the place looked Pristine with a fairly open concept. Two of the very noticeable and appreciated additives were the plentiful linen and towels as well as all the extra additives in the kitchen (pots , pans , seasoning etc). There were also cute little lotions, soaps etc in the bathroom. Laundry detergent etc were also present. The water pressure in the bathrooms were very good, beds in all the rooms were comfy and adequate televisions. The outside portion of the home was also very clean and the pool (with paid heating), was my kids favorite part of the house. My father in law loved sitting on the dock and casting out into the lagoon. The host was very attentive and responsive. Without a doubt on of the best homes I’ve rented. Would love to return in the future.

It's a nice, new, house. Location is great. About a mile south of the busy area on Ft. Myers Beach. About a block to the beach. The pics show the beach entrance under a condo, but the condo has a ton of signs prohibiting beach access. We used it without a problem and there is public beach access 1/2 block south. The island is still recovering from IAN, be prepared for some construction noise.

Our first time to Cape Coral and would DEFINITELY rebook this property-and we looked at 100s! Any questions were quickly answered-thanks again Donovin 😉. Great canal location. We lived in the outdoor space-from morning to night. Awesome pool, hot tub, fountain, gas fireplace. Great ambiance. Clean! Comfy beds. Nice, well appointed kitchen. Not your typical rental pots, pans and dishes. We did cook a couple of dinners and did not want for anything in that area. Grill was clean. Safe, walkable neighborhood. SO quiet and peaceful. Grocery and multiple restaurants very close by. Only about a 30 minute, easy drive to airport. There were 2 couples and we really had no negatives. This was a wonderful Airbnb experience.

Our family of 7 had a great stay here! This home is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is ready to cook in, beds are comfortable and clean and the neighborhood is quiet. There were lots of toys to have fun in the pool. The dock is a good size with a nice area to sit in the shade or the sun. The host was very responsive and pleasant to interact with, even allowing us an early check-in.

The house was exactly as represented and expected. very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The space worked perfectly for our party size (4 adults & 2 kids) and the pool was a great way to cool off. Justin was very responsive before and during our stay.

Matlacha has been my family’s vacation spot since the 70’s so I knew that the location was going to be amazing, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the house was! The garage was equipped with bikes, a cooler, a beach umbrella and beach chairs, fishing bait in the freezer, and a working washer and dryer. Any cleaning supplies that were needed were already readily available. This was a fantastic place to stay and very reasonably priced as well. If I get the chance I will 100% stay again and I would recommend it to anyone!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

Such a perfect little spot! We had the best stay here and I would absolutely be back in a heartbeat. The space is so cute and clean and provided everything you need for a beach getaway. The hosts were extremely responsive and welcoming. Can’t recommend this place enough, thanks for having us!

Perfect, pet friendly, beach cottage a half block from the pristine sand of FMB; Brand new and uber clean. While the island itself is still under construction., we enjoyed our time at this small slice of Heaven.

It is a very nice place. We sat out on the patio every night and had dinner. Kitchen is fully equipped. We had a nice relaxing visit.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Our stay in Bonita Springs was one to remember! Nicole’s home was perfect for us and we had everything we needed. Both Nicole and Joe were extremely responsive. The few things we needed from them were taken care of immediately. Joe proactively brought us a bathtub for our 4 month old daughter and the high chair and pack and play made it easy for us and helped us feel at home. The older kids spent most of their time enjoying the pool. The location was top notch. We were just a few minute walk to the perfect Florida beach, the most beautiful sunsets and great restaurants. I highly recommend Nicole’s home if you are looking for a place for a larger family.
