You will have a 4 bed town house stretching 136 SQM all to yourself with rainfall showers, a bath to relax, towels, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel provided as well as freshly ground coffee and tea so you can relax in our sun trap south-facing garden to get your Scottish sun tan!

Its central location will appeal to people who want the full Edinburgh experience, but who also want somewhere quiet to come back to that has all the facilities of a modern apartment. The bright, airy and tranquil setting, with a table, comfortable sofa and ultrafast Wi-Fi will suit their needs perfectly.

Beautifully furnished one-bedroom guest suite in a central, but quiet, location and within walking distance of most tourist attractions - also a good bus service is nearby. The guest suite is a real home from home - comfortable for up to three people. It is part of my home but is a private space. As I live in the same building, I am available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.

Entrance to the building is through the coded side gate which adds another level of security to the building,entrance to the garage is with a fob with space for one car. Strictly no more than 4 guests!
