Kim was wonderful to deal with. I was in town for a Mizzou basketball and football weekend and this place was very conveniently located as to be close-by for that but also far enough away that it was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Upon meeting Kim, I felt very comfortable and at home. She was a delight to chat with and allowed me to have a very nice weekend as a result. I would happily stay here again should I be in the area.

We only stayed one night with our dog, but will definitely try to stay again when we need to come back.

This home was very comfy and cozy. It was very clean and had plenty of clean linen. It was easy to access and lock up. Susan and her family was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure the home was setup to my family's comfort. If I'm ever in Columbia again, this home will definitely be my first choice. The only thing I would want to change would be to provide an option cover the windows in the kitchen. It gives me an uneasy feeling that other people can see inside. Still a 5 star stay!!! Thank you, Susan!

Pretty easy access from the Katy trail. Walking distance to a restaurant (only open a few days a week) and door dash is an option here. Really appreciated the washer / dryer given we’re bike packing, and they had some nice touches like charging cords.

This place was a clean, warm haven in the snowy weather during our 2 night stay. Everything that we needed was provided. The nespresso coffee was excellent and there were snacks! There was even a little first aid kit under the bathroom sink. We had our two small children with us and they really enjoyed the bean bag chairs.

Had a great stay! Plenty of phone charges, games, snacks and coffee! Clean and free of any odors. In good repair. Cute finishing. Felt cozy and right at home.

Kim is a great host. She was very welcoming and kind! I felt right at home. I'd stay here again!

Worth the price in every category plus it's such a one-of-kind stay impossible to measure!

If you are doing stuff downtown, everything is within easy walking distance. Incredible location - now the other side of that is that you do hear downtown life until bar time. It is public parking - we used the garage directly across the street. The rooms are exactly as advertised, and if other people are in the room next door it is a shared bathroom situation - we didn't have to do that. There is a nice little kitchen if you want to cook meals. The host was very friendly and attentive all weekend, even leaving food in the fridge (eggs, juice, bagels, coffee, cake) and just checking in periodically. Our only complaint was a chirping smoke detector, which she attempted to change batteries and find the problem, but it was going to take more time to fix - wasn't that big of a deal to us. The rest of the house does have full time tenants and the AirBnB part is tucked away at the end of one of the hallways - but everyone was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Greatest location possible for downtown Columbia!

Linda’s rooms on cherry was a great experience! Each room has its own theme, and I stayed in the Mark Twain room. Linda was a great host, and the location is very close to the university and right in the middle of the college town.

I've stayed here numerous times on my Katy Trail adventures and love the location, quality and flexibility of this home. One of my favorite places to stay on the Katy Trail.

Great spot along the Katy Trail. Not much of an area to hang out and watch TV, but that did not bother us as we were on the go all weekend. If you want a comfy couch with a big TV, this is not the spot. But, it was awesome and beds were super comfortable.

It was right on the bike trail, and a wonderful place to stay!

“Rooms on Cherry” is a popular spot, so glad we were able to snag a weekend during Kappa Sig Moms Weekend! The four bedrooms and common area was perfect for us five moms. Several coffee shops, restaurants and night life attractions were close by so we walked everywhere. Linda has each room decorated beautifully and everything was clean. She had purified water, coffee pods to get us started, tea, half/half, muffins, bagels and cream cheese. Great time, great place!

From the beautiful garden to the little candies and recommendations around the suite, it's clear they take pride in hosting. I very much enjoyed my time here!

Great cozy spot to rest while biking the Kathy Trail. The boxcar was perfect for our group, and was the perfect, cozy rest that we needed after a long day. We got to meet some of the community as well, and they were all kind and gracious. Overall, 10/10 experience for every one of us!
