Beautiful cottage with gorgeous mountain views and bordered by a trout stocked branch of the East/South Fork New River near Parkway in Boone! Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

Walking distance to ASU campus, the Saturday farmers market, movie theater, downtown (bars, restaurants, shops), Earth Fare grocery and bus stops. Drive 15 - 20 minutes to swimming holes, great hiking trails, and ski slopes. In winter, our street is one of the first to be plowed, lending easy access to main plowed roads. Our guest house is a new construction with mountain/modern decor and reclaimed wood features, detached from the main home. It is a great place to serve as a base for outdoor adventure and centrally located. Located in a new development less than 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min. from downtown Blowing Rock, and 10 minutes from downtown Boone. There is a 0.7 mile loop to take in the fresh air surrounded by pine trees and beautiful views of Grandfather Mtn.

Colorful, comfy and clean decor in a cozy tucked away college setting. Two minute walk to ASU campus and a few more minutes to multiple dining options. 14 exterior steps down to this basement apartment. 116 sq feet of functional new construction. I use unscented detergents for linens and non-toxic and essential oil cleaners. Please message me if you have special requests outside of the booking settings I have created. HOUSE IS FINE❤️ Only damage we had was massive trees on driveway.❤️ The view is AMAZING. 6 1/2 Acres Nestled in Blue Ridge Mountains. Blue Ridge Parkway home is situated in the mountains of North Carolina, less than a .3 mile hidden driveway ON the Blue Ridge Parkway. The sunsets are amazing. Just take a scenic drive along the Parkway and enjoy many of the overlooks and views from all around! The home is a perfect place to recharge.
