Steps from the sand! Short drive to some of Canada’s best golf courses! This newly renovated beach house features a screened in porch area complete with propane fireplace offering stunning ocean and confederation bridge views. If you prefer to sunbath we have a huge deck with lawn chairs! At the low tide you can walk for miles while collecting seashells, digging clams or watching the hermit crabs! The cottage is fully equipped for all your needs! Complimentary island wine for your arrival!

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.

Welcome to the community of Cape Traverse where osprey, eagles and blue herons will be your neighbours. And if you’re lucky even a seal or two! Your vacation home is adorned with some of our favourite Island artists; botanically dyed linens, Island pottery and MacAusland wool blankets are speckled throughout. Dormeo mattresses and flax linen bedding will be sure to lull you to sleep if the sound of the waves don’t beat them to it.

Cape House is situated in historic Cape Traverse, nestled on PEI’s beautiful south shore and featuring iconic views of the Confederation Bridge. Built in 2022, Cape House was thoughtfully designed to cater to multigenerational families and groups with children. The house sits on a large lot, with plenty of room for games and gatherings. It is set just one lot back from the water, with stair access to the beach.

Family friendly accommodations in a newly renovated 1000 sq foot Air conditioned farmhouse apartment. You have your own private entrance and your own private back deck. Waterview and walking trail from your back deck. 10 minutes to Gateway village in Borden-Carleton and 10 minutes to Victoria by the Sea where you will find many restaurants and local artisan shops. Self check in with a lock box.
