Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and Amazon Fire TV (Magenta TV). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

Located only 10 minutes from Vadstena is Stubbet which is a charming, newly renovated villa overlooking Östgötaslätten. Inside, be treated with all your day-to-day amenities, a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms. You can also enjoy a movie in your spacious living room, with candles and free WiFi. Lugnt och fridfullt boende endast en mil utanför Linköping. Boendet är fullt möblerad med sovplatser för 6 personer i form av en tre enkelsängar, en bäddsoffa med plats för två samt en soffa. Köket är utrustad med spis, ugn, kyl/frys, diskmaskin, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare mm. Det finns en altan med tillhörande bord och stolar med utsikt ut över åkrar. Två badrum med dusch. Sänglinne och handdukar ingår ej. Fri tillgång till wifi. Städning av boendet ska utföras innan avfärd.

Norra Vätterns pärla

På en ås med utsikt över norra Vätterns vackra skärgård ligger vårt moderna, nybyggda fritidshus med stora sällskapsytor och en fantastisk takhöjd med fina ljusinsläpp. Här kan en lite större grupp/familj finna återhämtning med närhet till naturen men ändå är det bara 10 minuter med bilen till den vackra lilla staden Askersund. Tivedens nationalpark ligger nära liksom den långa sandstranden Harjebaden. Huset stod klart hösten 2018 och har alla bekvämligheter.

Söder om oss ligger Omberg som också är en av Östergötlands mest besökta utflyktsmål. Fågelsjön Tåkern ligger öster om gården. Här finns mycket att se och uppleva.
