Spacious beach house with private enclosed garden, ample parking area with private access down to the beach. Well equipped for family life. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. TV and Wifi. Plenty of games and books etc for the young ones. Carrick Bay has plenty of opportunities to fish, swim, walk, cycle, sail, canoe, windsurf or paddle board. Or of course just chill with a cold drink and stargaze. Friday check in, 3 night minimum booking in winter months and minimum 7 days from April to November.

Built in 2000, the Annexe is a modern attachment to the owner’s home. Designed with privacy in mind, it is situated above the property’s double garage and is accessed by a private external stairway. In an elevated position with panoramic views over adjoining farmlands to Kirkcudbright Bay and the Solway Firth, the Annexe is a self-contained wing of the owner's recently built home. It is delightfully light and comfortable, everything you'll need for a relaxing holiday.

Nestled in the tranquil hamlet of Portyerrock near the Isle of Whithorn, Shell Cottage offers a serene retreat with direct access to a pebbly beach and captivating sea views. This charming, single-level former farm worker's cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a super king-size bed and patio doors opening directly onto the garden with bay views, and two additional bedrooms each furnished with twin single beds.

Kinganton Bothy, private studio with sea views

The Bothy is a modern self-contained studio adjacent to our home. An old stone bothy converted in 2017, the accommodation offers a private open plan space with it's own entrance, patio garden and parking. Situated on a smallholding looking out to sea in a beautiful region on the Solway coast, secluded beaches and coves are only a 15 minute stroll and the artists town of Kirkcudbright a short drive away. We offer a 15% discount for weekly stays.
