The village has a bus stop with links to Lincoln and Woodhall Spa and there are many pubs & restaurants in the local area. The Hut offers total privacy as it is a self contained annex to the main house.

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Set within a beautiful garden with ample off-street parking, the studio offers a light and airy, open plan space with a relaxing atmosphere and views over the garden. The village boasts a fantastic pub serving tasty, local food and drink; a village shop and art gallery. Nearby is the market town of Stamford, famous for it's Georgian architecture and the historic Burghley House.

Situated in Stickford at the base of the Lincolnshire Wolds this is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Wonderful dog friendly beaches 25 minutes away with plenty of walking and fishing locally. The historic city of Lincoln is 45 minutes, and the seaside town of Skegness is 15 miles away. The caravan is situated in our garden which has a large pond so children must be supervised at all times. We have 3 dogs, and free ranging chickens so visiting dogs must be on leads.
