We had a wonderful stay at Tamara’s house. They were very welcoming and we immediately felt at home. Comfortable bed, beautiful view from our room, homemade cookies waiting by our door (!), and one of their friendly cats was a regular visitor to our room. Highly recommended!

Jennifer‘s Airbnb was wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed our conversation with Jennifer and her husband the night we arrived and she gave us a great recommendation on where to eat in town and the food was fabulous. The Airbnb was everything as described and more. The view was spectacular and even though it was rainy, we had a wonderful time. Breakfast was just right with homemade pumpkin bread and chocolate chip oatmeal cookies., orange juice, herbal tea, coffee, and yogurt with fruit which was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the suite we were in was very homey. They made us feel right at home and we look forward to staying at her Airbnb in the future.

We had a great stay and we're welcomed immediately! We got in each night and we're excited to finally see the view before we left! Everything was clean & simple and everyone was very welcoming and kind! We definitely plan on heading back to the area and staying with you!

This is my second stay with Tamara and Greg. They are the best hosts and always make me feel at home. Greg even tivoed the Kentucky Derby and played it back for me. Thumbs up from me!

Home was very clean with plenty of space for everyone. The entire groupwas impressed with the water pressure in the showers and the amount of hot water. With 10 people taken showers all within an hour the hot water never gave out. Mattresses were very comfortable and too everyones approval. I would recommend this place to family and friends in the furture.

We loved that each set of guests in our party had their own apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom! Everything was very clean and the keyless entry was very convenient. The snacks were a fun bonus too. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone else!

Stay was just what I needed - a bed and a shower while in town overnight. It's a hotel, so all the usually hotel things were in play, including very very flexible check in, and someone on-site to respond to any issues (I didn't have any). Given what else was available in the area, this worked out great for the value.

This place really won me over. I extended my stay here because my stay was very peaceful. It’s very clean and well maintained. Stephen responded immediately and was always very kind and professional.

Staying at the Factory Flats was absolutely perfect! The price was incredible. It was so cozy and the surroundings were gorgeous. It was centrally located to all that we needed to do! We were coming to meet Mark Cline of Enchanted Castle Studios in Natural Bridge, VA. He builds our 20 Foot Tall Roadside Attractions for Route 66 in Tulsa, OK! We were able to soak in the beauty all around! Great local coffee shop, some good dining in town. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to stay! Also, if you like breweries, there is a brewery located ON the property! THANK YOU for helping us make our experience wonderful!

It’s a days inn so it was exactly what I expected. Perfect place to stay if traveling or visiting the area. They were easy to communicate with. Also very flexible on checking. Would stay again.

It’s such a nice place and would definitely stay again! The host responds very fast and is helpful. I liked how it had everything you’d need but wasn’t overwhelming. Great views, awesome swinging bridge down the road across from the gas station, and a cool brewery right next store!

This was a perfect place to stay with my friends and you’ll not find anywhere with better hospitality! If you are looking for comfortable and clean accommodations, friendly hosts, and all the charm of a historic home filled with antiques and family memories , this is the perfect place! Mitch and Bobbi thought of everything to make us comfortable and welcome.

From the moment we entered the home, we felt welcomed and honored. Their historical home had the charm of older homes but with modern conveniences. Artwork and family heirlooms truly made being guests in their an experience versus just a place to sleep. And, to top it off, the home made breakfast was amazing!

There are few words in the English language that can describe how wonderful of experience me and my partner had at this Bed and Breakfast. We were immediately greeted with all smiles and welcomes from Bobbie. Upon arrival she showed us the house and our room which is a beautiful, Antebellum style home with much of the original architecture and interior. The room was a sizable space with gorgeous antique furniture, a large California king sized bed, and an amazing bathroom with a large walk in shower with multiple rainfall style shower heads. The breakfast menu that Bobbie and Mitch offer and prepare is Southern style and DELICIOUS. Joining them and the other wonderful guests for breakfast offered a style of hosting that is all too rare. Bobbie and Mitch were incredible hosts. They offered excellent services, a clean and wonderful room, great recommendations for the town, excellent food, and a memory me and my fiancee will never forget. I highly recommend this gem in historical VA.

Jim was a wonderful host! His helpfulness and hospitality made my stay in Bedford much more enjoyable. There were snacks and breakfast items left in the fridge upon my arrival, and I had the pleasure of tasting their excellent mead at the meadery on the way in, the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. I can highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a cozy and quiet retreat in the Bedford area.

Everything you could wished for and more is what I would describe Donald & Kat's place. This home is probably one of the best listings on Airbnb globally. Both Donald & Kat take hosting on a different level. Their home is immaculate and pristine. It's full of love, warmth, and authenticity. Above all anything else, Donald & Kat were the stars of this home. Your interaction with both of them is something to remember and come back to. Definitely one for the books. To Donald & Kat -- no goodbyes but see you later!
