Described perfectly!!! You will get what you are expecting. Great home to spend time with family. Nice separation for privacy if you need it. BEAUTIFUL YARD! We enjoyed playing in the snow. WE ARE REPEAT CUSTOMERS. Last time we came in the Spring. Kathi was super helpful. We had some weather issues and she helped us resolve it with her flexibility. We are so grateful. We enjoyed time with our children and granddaughter. We played lots of games . Had groceries delivered and enjoyed home cooked meals with family! Close to many restaurants and activities if you like.

We had family coming from Ohio, GA and us from Richmond VA. This home was perfect for our needs! The beds were so comfortable and the whole house was so clean! We mostly hung out on the gorgeous front porch or in the family room but the living room and basement would have been nice to sit in too. The basement is a kids wonderland! So much space that we never felt like we were on top of each other! My parents are in their 80's and felt very safe...easy to get up the stairs with the hand railing and we all loved the hand rails at the back door and in the bathrooms! We have never been in such a well stocked home! You'll have everything you need and more! We would definitely stay here again if we get back this way! I loved the path that's mowed that leads to the Daleville Town Center! It's a nice walk but the drive is easy as well. Loved being so close to a grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops and the DQ! This is the perfect place to stay, offering a close proximity to Natural Bridge and all the natural attractions in the area. We love this place and all the details around the house. This place was exactly what I was looking for! Perfect relaxing spot for my two kids and I to stay while visiting my mom. The location was perfect. Very close to downtown Bedford. The house was adorable, clean and Barbara had added so many extra touches to make use feel right at home!! We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Bedford.

We loved that each set of guests in our party had their own apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom! Everything was very clean and the keyless entry was very convenient. The snacks were a fun bonus too. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone else!

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The surroundings were gorgeous, the house was clean and beautifully decorated, and there were fresh-made cookies and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The hosts proactively gave clear instructions for where to park and how to get inside, and recommended their favorite local restaurant. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped, and they even provided a clean, well-maintained gas grill. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to the area!

Staying at the Factory Flats was absolutely perfect! The price was incredible. It was so cozy and the surroundings were gorgeous. It was centrally located to all that we needed to do! We were coming to meet Mark Cline of Enchanted Castle Studios in Natural Bridge, VA. He builds our 20 Foot Tall Roadside Attractions for Route 66 in Tulsa, OK! We were able to soak in the beauty all around! Great local coffee shop, some good dining in town. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to stay! Also, if you like breweries, there is a brewery located ON the property! THANK YOU for helping us make our experience wonderful!

Eric is a great host who will ensure how your stay is going and if there is anything you may need. Place was perfect for me to live as I started a new job and moved from across the state. The space is cozy and has everything you need. Loved seeing deer out in the backyard.

Ninette gave incredible recs, was very responsive and hospitable. So much so that I ended up booking 3 extra days with her! Some of the best fishing I’ve ever had and the hikes and views were world class. I’ll definitely be staying with her again as soon as I can

I'm an old man, experienced enough to never use the word "perfection." All of my experiences with Airbnb have been between "good" and "really nice," My wife's and my experience with Philip and his wife was as close to "perfection" as I expect things to get. We will be returning to visit them again. Doesn't hurt that they live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country.

It’s a days inn so it was exactly what I expected. Perfect place to stay if traveling or visiting the area. They were easy to communicate with. Also very flexible on checking. Would stay again.
