Här bor du lantligt intill sjö och natur men med korta avstånd till Stockholm. Parkering för en bil finns. På ca 40 minuter tar du dig kommunalt till centrala Stockholm. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking with charger for 1 car. Quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, a 10 min walk to the subway and 8 minutes ride to town and 16 min to the Central Station. It’s about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas.

There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

Egen stuga med plats för 1-3 personer. Soffa och liten matplats och litet pentry med mikro, kokplatta och kylskåp. Liten dusch och toalett. Hela stugan är på 15 kvm. Stugan ligger på villatomt med skyddat läge. Parkeringsplats på tomt. Tv-skärm med chromecast. Sängen är 120 cm bred och överslafen är 90 cm. Ca 4 min promenad till busshållplats. Buss till Huddinge C ca 10 min, därefter ca en kvart med pendeltåg till Stockholm. Buss till Södertörns högskola/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

Modernt nytt gästhus beläget i strålande söderläge alldeles vid strandkanten. Huset har fullt utrustat kök, bra wifi, ett badrum med tvättmaskin/torktumlare, sovrum samt loft. I direkt anslutning finns två terrasser och framför huset en gräsmatta varifrån man kan doppa fötterna i Mälaren. Parkering finns och det är 250 m till busshållplatsen. Boendet är sista huset på en lugn återvändsgata. Perfekt utgångspunkt för utflyktsmål som Birka , Drottningsholm (10 km), Stockholm City (21 km)
