We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Our bright basement flat benefits from its own private staircase and small outdoor patio area. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, and just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share and tips or recommendations you might need!

We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. (every ten minutes)

The Old Saddlery, Fulbourn

A fully renovated two storey characterful one bedroom house converted from an original Saddlery shop. The house adjoins our main home and is completely self contained with a private entrance. Everything is new to include Karndean flooring and carpets, open plan kitchen with Quartz worktops with Siemens appliances, built in fridge, breakfast bar, double glazed windows, solid oak doors, first floor sparkling shower room en-suite. The Goose Barn - Ideal getaway near Cambridge!

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

We are pleased to offer secluded countryside accommodation within the tranquil and beautiful surroundings of the small East Anglian country village of West Wratting. Located In easy reach of Cambridge (10 miles), Standsted Airport (32 miles), Duxford (14 miles) and London (60 miles). The accommodation comprises of a country cottage that sleeps up to 6 persons. Set within a peaceful country garden. Off road car parking is available. I am happy to accommodate key workers at anytime.

The Writer’s Rest Beautiful 2 bed Annex Apartment

A peaceful, self-contained annex in the charming village of Swaffham Prior. Beautifully refurbished with a double bedroom and walk-in wardrobe, lounge with a small sofa-bed (just over a single size I would say), small breakfast bar area with tea and coffee make facilities, and a modern bathroom with shower over bath. A microwave and fridge can be provided if required. Enjoy super-fast Wi-Fi and a shared garden. Ideally located between Cambridge and Newmarket.

The Stables, Burwell, Cambridgeshire

The Stables have been newly converted, sat within the grounds of our beautiful farm. The stables are located on the edge of the village of Burwell, with a range of village amenities, including 4 country pubs within walking distance. Be sure to explore the stunning National Trust Wicken Fen nature reserve, which is on your doorstep. Burwell is perfectly located between Newmarket and Cambridge, with both being only a short drive away.
