This is an easy, unfussy place designed for people who actually want to be near the water — walk, breathe, read, bbq and reset. The house sits directly on the water with wide views, big skies, and changing light throughout the day. It’s peaceful, private, and ideal for guests who value space, nature, and quiet. We now have starlink fast internet! Beautiful space overlooks the beach and ocean (where the Atlantic flows into the Bras D'or Lakes). Bright, spacious, open concept living space with 10-foot ceilings. Main level bedroom and 2nd level loft, which has three single beds and half bath. The loft is very spacious and has ample headspace. Surround deck with glass. Excellent location close to amenities and festivals. Great place to get away from it all ..peaceful. The private beach is a hidden gem.

This is a newly built and centrally located Airbnb located within minutes of the ocean. Equipped with all the amneties of home for a nice stay , 2 bedroom's included and has lots of room including 2 bathrooms with showers in each. There is Tv's in each unit with a couch to relax. Stove & fridge to cook a nice meal. The Cabot Trail is about an hour away. Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. There is an adjoining door in the middle that seperates the units.
