It’s a basement apartment with a family of 3 and a dog living upstairs. You may hear some noise from upstairs on occasion.

We are on a dirt road with very little traffic, very quiet.Visit us for a romantic getaway or a family reunion, with adventures close at hand. We are 10 miles from Boulder where culture, food & entertainment abounds. We are 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. We are ten minutes away from local ski area, Eldora Mountain Ski Resort Trails for snowshoeing /cross-country. Dog friendly although back yard is not fenced. Spacious house. Originally built for commercial use, it was renovated for residential in the 1980’s Original garage is now e bedroom.

How Suite It Is-2 bedrooms

This 600 square-foot basement level suite has windows in both bedrooms and the family room. It is completely private from the rest of the house and includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with wet bar, toaster, coffee maker, 2 small refrigerators and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is also a 51" TV and wireless internet access. We welcome all ages, including infants (we even have a Pack and Play!) and all ethnicities. Also, we DO give refunds for cancelled flights!
