The second floor features an ensuite bedroom with fireplace, two bedrooms with mountain view window seats, and additional bathroom with a shower and tub. The basement is finished with a bedroom, movie room (with pull out bed), bathroom with shower, tiny Zoom office and a laundry room.

A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.
