It has a newly remodeled bathroom, AC, separate entrance/musroom, easy parking, a kitchen with tea and coffee provided. Private with no shared spaces. We are a quick bike or bus ride to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! Walk to bakery, grocery, gorgeous Wonderland lake. Work remotely. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

Amazing views and a quick drive to Boulder, Eldora, Longmont, and Gunbarrel. This cozy spot is within a spilt-level home and provides privacy as a separate unit.

Relax in this spacious, lovely, light-filled bedroom with a private bath, kitchenette and separate entrance, located close to hiking trails, restaurants and coffee shops. Fast internet & desk for those who will be working while here. Small kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Private outdoor seating area with table, chairs and BBQ. It is situated in a sweet, cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Attached to my home, you may hear some footsteps or other sounds.

Little Red Treehouse

Open May 1 2019 . The Little Red Tree house accommodates two guests only. It has huge views, private shower, with separate powder room sink and toilet. It has an efficiency kitchen, with small sink and counter top,as well as a fridge. The tree house is equipped with heat/air and electricity. Located on the way to Rocky Mountain NP, directly across from Rocky Grass There is a full size pull down Murphy bed which sleeps two , the fairy loft sleeps one.Total occupancy two people maximum !
