Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

We are located in the centre of the village in a rural location, only 5 minutes from the local shop and 6 county pubs within 10 minute walk. Leamington Spa is 7 mls, Historic Warwick is 8 & Stratford on Avon 20 miles away. A private court yard with table and chairs for 6. Beautiful walks on the Canal and surrounding countryside. Many private golf course to play, who welcome guests.

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or superking size; please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Bed settee for 3rd guest). Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside. It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . Braunston Manor Cottage is a modernised detached 17th century cottage that is situated next to Braunston Manor in the historic village of Braunston. The village of Braunston is famous for being at the junction of the Grand Union and Oxford canals and it has a marina, canal pubs, local convenience store, a fish & chip shop, cafe, along with many picturesque local walks. It provides a convenient base for visiting Stratford, Warwick, Silverstone and the Midlands in general.
