A very modern and beautiful place in safe location. Looks better than in photos and has all amenities listed. When small things were lacking, Younes was very helpful. The apartment was warmer during winter than other housing places in Rabat/Morocco where I’ve stayed last 5 weeks, and it’s a large thing to consider given that Morocco doesn’t do general heating during winters. I’ve stayed around a week, but it’s equipped for a longer stay as well with functioning kitchen and washer. Wi Fi was the best one I’ve had in all parts of the apartment which is also not very common, and I had perfect connection for Zoom meetings. Location was perfect for Rabat with all main sights in walking distance, as well as large Carrefour nearby. The largest shopping mall with big cinema is reachable by foot as well. I felt very safe in the area and it was clean and modern. Host is very responsive and kind!

Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und direkt. Es gab keine Probleme und die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Man kommt schnell zur Medina. Man guckt auf ein Krankenhaus, das hört man auch ab und zu, aber auch nicht zu oft. Das Haus ist sauber und die Gegend ist lebendig.

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour. L'endroit est non seulement propre et bien équipé, mais il offre également tout le confort nécessaire. La décoration est charmante. L'emplacement est idéal, près de toutes les commodités locales. Mohamed et Ghali été très accueillant et serviable, répondant rapidement à toutes questions. Je recommande vivement ce logement hâte de revenir très bientôt !

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, man hat ausreichend warmes Wasser für eine Haarwäsche mit Conditioner, und die Lage ist unglaublich praktisch mit einem Carrefour, Strasse mit Taxis, Bank, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Auch zur Medina und les Oudaïas ist es nicht weit. Das einzig Störende war die Baustelle, leider kann auch der Gastgeber nicht wissen wann diese aktiv ist, weil nicht immer gebaut wird. Glückssache.

Doctor Mohamed is a wonderful and super friendly honest, he made me feel like was at home. The apartment is located in a great and safe area. Was super clean and modern. There wasn’t anything that we needed, he provided everything. I definitely recommend to other guests especially for long term stays. I’ll definitely come back. 🙏🏻

We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce magnifique hébergement, encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. L’espace était parfaitement adapté pour notre groupe de 5 adultes et 2 enfants. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la gare et en plein cœur de la médina, avec de nombreux marchands à proximité pour préparer de délicieux petits déjeuners et repas. Chaimae et son papa nous ont accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et ont été aux petits soins pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. La communication a été fluide, rapide et très agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter chez Chaimae. Un grand merci pour ce merveilleux moment !

The place, furtiture were spotless, tidy and everything was not only available but plentiful. Bathroom were clean, hot water and fast wifi was available. One of the best place I ever stayed. The ocation is second to non, located within the old Madina. Most of the tourist places are either by walking distance or accessable through tram line. This place has all the facilities like 5 star hotel but privacy, comfort and satisfaction is like home. Simo is an amazing host, communication with him was easy, responds to all of my queries immediately. He even printed some documents for us in emergency when all the printing places were closed. If could have given him more than 5 star I would. The only small thing that may be associated with all the Riads is that the bathroom door are quite short so one need to be a bit careful. Thanks for hosting us we really loved your place and your hospitality.

Mon séjour chez Karim était parfait, il était très accueillant, communication fluide et le logement est très bien situé, l'environnement contient des restaurants et des cafés très sympa sachant que le quartier du logement est très calme......enfin je recommande Karim

Très bon séjour dans le calme et à proximité de tout. Très beau cadre et jardin très grand bien entretenu. Ce séjour dans cette maison nous a plu. Hôte très sympathique.

Nous avons passé trois nuits en famille (trois personnes) dans l'appartement d’Issam, et tout s’est parfaitement bien déroulé. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. L'appartement était très propre un point particulièrement important pour ma mère qui est très exigeante sur la propreté nous n'avons donc eu besoin de rien refaire à notre arrivée. En termes de rapport qualité-prix, c’est sans doute l’un des meilleurs choix que l’on puisse trouver. Je recommande vivement !

Reviving my youth time and visiting my family in Mohammedia, we spent 8 days in this very charming location. Very clean and calm setting. Private beach was amazing. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and extra activities. The location is far enough from main EL Mansouria coffees and shops which was perfect for my family. Naima, her husband and their daughters are an outstanding guests: very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this villa for a well deserved relax time.

Mein Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage war gut: ruhig, aber dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Orten. Der Gastgeber war freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Séjourner dans cet appartement a été un véritable plaisir. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été séduit par l’espace de vie, en particulier le salon, à la fois vaste et lumineux, qui offre une magnifique vue sur Rabat. L’appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier agréable, calme et sécurisé, tout en restant proche de nombreux commerces et commodités, ce qui rend le quotidien particulièrement pratique. Ali, notre hôte, a largement contribué à rendre cette expérience encore plus agréable. Chaleureux et attentionné, il a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos demandes et veiller à ce que tout se passe pour le mieux. Son sens de l’accueil et sa bienveillance font vraiment la différence. Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit à toute personne cherchant un logement confortable, bien placé et géré par un hôte aussi sympathique et professionnel. Une expérience à renouveler sans hésitation !

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement. We hebben genoten van de omgeving, zwembad en rustige aangename sfeer. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Zeer vriendelijke mensen en de host was ook makkelijk te bereiken.

Elle est très accueillante et très compréhensible. Mais aussi arrangeante. Je vous conseille sans problème de faire la réservation chez Leïla sans problème.
