My husband and I along with our cat came to town for Thanksgiving, the house was perfect for hosting Thanksgiving Dinner and having family members come to us as it was a central location. Connie was so accommodating, friendly and helpful that made our stay easy and fun. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Texarkana to see family and friends!

the place was fantastic and clean. Clint was very responsive and answered all our questions. we used it the night before our daughter's wedding so all the bridesmaids could stay. he provided extra water bottles which was so helpful and when I asked about an available iron and ironing board, he made sure one was available. I'd highly recommend and would stay there again if needed!

Needed a place for my family to stay in Ashdown for the weekend and this place was perfect. Easy access to HWY 71. Host was wonderful. Will definitely look to stay here next time we come to the area.

We had a great stay with dad and stepmom to attend aunt's 100th birthday celebration! The home was also very close to her independent living apartment complex. The walk-in shower was perfect for 92 year old father. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean and well furnished. It couldn't have been any better for our needs. Staying here was an absolute joy for my wife and me! It was peaceful and the perfect place to relax by the water. The cabin was thoughtfully stocked with so many helpful items—pots and pans, charcoal, coffee, snacks, and other generous touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning to this beautiful cabin in the near future. Getting to see zebras and other exotic animals during our walk was an unforgettable experience! Gwen was also such a kind and welcoming host. All around, it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend it!

U e stayed at Michael’s places several times. They are clean, peaceful, and worth the price. Definitely the best deal in this part of Texas.

I absolutely loved the cabin!! It’s on a small farm. They have different animals that I fell in love with 😂 they greeted me daily. Maybe because of the snacks! I would choose to stay here over and over again!! Heather was great at responding swiftly!! She is very easy going. The Cabin definitely represents the family’s spirit!

I really appreciated the effort Michael put into making sure I found the cabin….I am new to Texarkana and this was the perfect start!
