Our cleaning service thoroughly cleans and disinfects all surfaces and linens after each occupancy. We have parking for only two cars, one’s covered under the carport.

The Seminole River House at Sailboat Bend is located in Fort Lauderdale's historic Sailboat Bend neighborhood - close to everything! This 2 bedroom house features robes, Beekman 1801 bath products, Kuerig coffee maker, plush pool towels, heated pool and hot tub. The cottage is professionally cleaned between guests in accordance with stringent COVID-19 guidelines developed by Broward County.

The Esso Cottage

The Esso Cottage is part of the historic section of Lake Worth, known as Parrot Cove. The cottage was built in 1925 and was used by the caretakers for the yellow home next door to the north. Now, the cottage is recognized by the solar powered, restored, 1930's Esso gas pump that lights the driveway at night. On the inside, the cottage is decorated to be a fun and colorful experience with curated mid century items relating to Florida and the beach.

It's a brand new place, 1 bedroom apartment with separate entrance. Full kitchen with all new appliances, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. Living room with sofa bed that can be pull out in a another queen bed which is very comfy. Bedroom and living room are having TV with Netflix provided for all movies, tv shows lovers. Keurig coffee mashine w provided coffee and cream. We have cameras outside on the property in order to keep everyone safe!
