Beautiful and clean home! Amazing views! We hosted our teen retreat and we all had a ball! From the grill to the fire pit, secluded basement, and breathtaking sunroom, it was amazing! Our girls had a blast! We would definitely book again!

Andrew‘s place was awesome. We stayed there while fishing Kerr reservoir and had a great time. Super clean home and very clear instructions easy check in and check out procedures. The name describes it perfectly. Very peaceful place on the water if you are looking for a place to stay on the lake.

Totally recommended, beautiful place

Sixteen members of our family met to spend Easter weekend together. The house was beautiful and we loved the flat lot so we could set up plenty of games. We used the fire pit every night, the dock with all of the lounge chairs was so relaxing, several folks loved fishing from the dock, we used the kayak every day, lots of seating areas to get away and read a book and the kitchen photos on the inside of each cabinet door was invaluable. We would definately come back to 3 Peaks!

This house just wow! Much better than on pictures! We enjoyed every minute of our staying! Atmosphere over there like in fairytale, especially on sunset! We enjoyed relaxing on the pier and we catches a lot of fish also. Thanks Andrew and Anna for such a great hosting. It was a pleasure to staying in your house, you gave us unbelievable emotions! Thank you!!! Definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay and the pictures don't do it justice! It's a beautiful home, and everything was as described. Hosts were super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. It's a peaceful spot, and my family would love t stay there again.

We had a super chill time. The place was just right for us. Glenn was quick to reply and really easy to work with. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay, agree with others that the photos don't do it justice. The view of the water through the trees from the lounge and balcony was so calming and we loved sitting ontop of the boat house right on the waters edge. We saw turtles, fish, beavers, fire Flys and birds all on the property. Great space for families, lots of shade for summer and our toddlers loved playing with the garden hose and roasting marshmellows on the fire. Air conditioning worked well, shower pressure was great and the kitchen had all the things we needed. Host was friendly and communicated well. Also super close to the shady shack which had a wonderful pontoon boat hire next door.

The Cottage was perfect us this week. We used it for our place to stay for our fishing tournament. It was very clean inside and out. Had plenty of room for our boats. Beth was very informative and a great host. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy lakefront location.

Comfy beds decent pillows. Quite small but cozy. The included breakfast at the restaurant is nice.

Had a great quiet few days away from home. The house was amazing. Thanks again. Exactly as described.
