Escape to our cozy cottage, nestled in the heart of beautiful Texas. This charming getaway is a short stroll from the lake and offers serene views from the back porch. The space blends rustic charm with modern amenities. Relax in the cozy living room, prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, or enjoy a barbecue on the grill. The spacious porch is perfect for watching sunsets or start your day with a peaceful walk to the lake. Our cottage is the ideal spot for relaxation or exploration.

Peach Tree Guest Haus-Cottage

This place is right in downtown Eden. You can sit on the front porch and see the beautiful town gazebo. Or enjoy the backyard area which has a privacy fence. The house has an extremely unique set up & furnished with antiques. Entire cottage to yourself. Very unique space in a quiet town, house is located on a very busy hiway (close to an intersection). Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

Shady Rapids River Retreat

Enjoy a laid back river retreat on the San Saba river in Menard, Texas. There is no WiFi! You will stay in a cozy two bedroom, 1 bath cabin with a full kitchen, dinning area, a living room and a relaxing back porch for peaceful mornings and evenings. This property has many walking trails spread out over 5+ acres on the river behind the cabin. You can fish, float, kayak or just relax under the beautiful trees, even stop and have a picnic, if you wish! It's the perfect West Texas retreat!!

The Heart of Texas House 🏡

Recently showcased in the Getaway section of the June ‘24 issue of Texas Highways Magazine! Relax with the whole family at the peaceful Heart of Texas house featuring a patio, a large yard for dogs, and no neighboring lots. A large park is located behind the house that offers a perimeter sidewalk for walking/jogging and a basketball court. In addition to the 4 beds there are 2 large couches in the living room. All amenities are available to make your stay as close to home as possible!

Cabin On The Rocks

Make some memories at this family-friendly cabin which is located in the heart of Texas. From the front porch of this 2 bdrm / 2 bath cabin with a loft, abundant wildlife can be seen year-round. Located a short distance from Brady, this property offers paved access from the Brady Lake Road and includes a paved walking path for bird watching and picturesque Texas sunsets. Property owners are located in an adjacent house should any problems arise. Level II EV charging available.

This newly renovated house has a great location in downtown Menard. It’s a full house rental and only minutes away from restaurants, a city park with a running trail, and the biggest grocery store in town. This home has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, and central air/heat. All three beds have firm mattresses. There is wood vinyl flooring throughout the house and a large washer/dryer, 42 in TVs in both bedrooms, and the living room has 65 in tv screen.

Hotel Drifter Suite 1

This inviting suite comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is thoughtfully designed for both short stays and longer getaways. Inside, you’ll find two cozy queen beds, a bright and welcoming living area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks with ease. The well-appointed bathroom offers comfort and convenience, making the space feel like a true home away from home.

Rock Stack on the Llano River

Located on over an acre of barely-tamed land on the gorgeous Llano River, the Rock Stack is a ruggedly luxurious vacation home.  We’re a place for both the fisherman and the boutique shopper, the explorer and the book-worm, the adults-only getaway and the family-friendly vacation. 2025 Flood Update: We are open and the river is GORGEOUS after the flood. Come see for yourself. (We are also out of the flood plane and we’re not affected by the 2025 floods).

The Garner House (Unit A)

Centrally located and walking distance to the Mason downtown square: antique/vintage shopping, boutiques, Mason wineries, Micro-brewery, historic sites/museums and restaurants. This house has multiple units to accommodate small OR large groups and LOTS of parking in back for larger vehicles/trailers, etc. Also, we welcome well-behaved pets and families! Enjoy morning coffee or a happy hour drink from front or back porch (great views out back)!

Just three blocks from historic Mason County courthouse and square, this 100 year old charming house is the perfect get away--or go to in the much sought after Texas Hill Country. Stroll on foot to restaurants and wine tasting rooms (yes, there's a number of vineyards and wineries in Mason!). Fredericksburg, loaded with additional attractions is just a 45 minute drive way. You've got it all in Mason, literally in the Heart of Texas!

Come enjoy the Mason countryside at our large ranch home located 10 minutes from downtown on the Llano River! The 5-bedroom home that comfortably sleeps 16 is perfect for large family get-togethers & escaping the big city with all of your friends. The large Outdoor kitchen complete with a Griddle and smoker means preparing large meals for the group will be a breeze. The house now has Starlink internet and a smart TV!

The Ponderosa is a 6 BR, 4 bath family home. It is spacious, indoors and out, ideal accommodations for families. Within walking distance you will find a running trail, the school track, and the Mason tennis courts. It is 1/2 mile from the Historic Mason Square, Fort Mason, and Seaquist House.
