Great location, walking distance to downtown. Nice and clean. Casey was a great host, communication was fast and easy. Would highly recommend his place.

I enjoyed my stay here. Thankfully the bed was comfortable and I got a good night’s rest. It was clean and quiet. Eric was great to communicate with and very helpful. I highly recommend his place and will stay here again should I find myself needing an overnight stay in Kalamazoo.

This a really nice spot in a great location. Paul was a fantastic host. Easy to talk to and was always quick to respond. He even bought me an extension cable so my computer charger reached the outlet to the desk, as well as a brand new bath mat! Check in was a breeze. Internet blazing fast. Very comfortable, spacious place, and I'm a real sucker for real hardwood floors. Lovely afternoon sunlight in the office nook while I worked. Having a full kitchen is also a big bonus. 10/10 would book again.

We came to Kalamazoo for a weekend, and had a very relaxing stay at Kaydee's place. We would happily return for future visits. Clean, comfy and close to downtown!

My stay was the perfect peaceful reset. I needed a weekend away and Deborah made me feel comfortable and welcome. I would love to come back and spend more time at lake etc.

Beautiful house, very clean, and as descripted!

I can’t even find the words to describe this gorgeous, well-equipped, and tranquil home. It is absolutely stunning both inside and out, with multiple sitting areas, lots to do, ample space, and an extraordinary host. This was our first stay here, and we are already planning two return visits next year. All ten of us felt relaxed and pampered. The best!!!!!

Donna was very kind and sweet to us as we stayed for two weeks. She greeted us and gave us a great tour of the place and gave us a lot of great restaurant recommendations! She was very clear and easy to get ahold of for anything we may have needed. Anyone looking for a great place with an amazing host will not be dissatisfied. The kayaks and fishing was a great bonus as well. Caught lots of bass,pike, and perch. 10/10

House was exactly as we expected, and hospitality was there by the host. We felt at home for the short time that we were there which was exactly what we needed.

The Union Lake was the epicenter of the living room, the downstairs game room and two of the bedrooms. From sunrise to sunset, the lake was a beautiful backdrop to our Thanksgiving The floors are absolutely beautiful and the deck looks brand new and gorgeous. The decorations were very homey and the family enjoyed breaking out the jumbo Sequence. The Foosball table was a huge hit. “Who wants to play foosball?” was a common refrain during our stay. The house had plenty of rooms for a family of six, with tons of extra blankets to stay warm. There were tons of towels! We never worried about running out! The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to prepare and host Thanksgiving dinner for our extended family.

We have been visiting Coldwater Lake for years as it's where our aunt/uncle have a cottage. This was the first time we looked for an Airbnb for ourselves and we were SO pleased with this home. The location was just what we were after on beautiful Iyopawa Island. The home was bright and clean, with the best views of the lake I've seen. There were toys for the kids which they loved, and everything was so comfortable. Rick was incredibly responsive with every message I sent. We are hoping to make this an annual trip!

We are so happy to have booked our stay here ! It couldn't have gone any better. THE VIEWS , THE SPACE, THE TRANQUILITY ITS ALL HERE ! Will definitely consider coming back in the future when there's an opportunity. Our whole family loved it. The option to rent the pontoon boat was awesome, it was a HUGE bonus ! We had all essentials needed in the kitchen , plenty of towels, & the outdoor space was amazing ! Thanks for sharing your beautiful space !
