This new, spacious, 3 bedroom semi detached townhouse is located within 5 minutes of NNUH, UEA , John Innes Research Center and Spire Hospital. 10 -15 minutes from Norwich city center and train station. 2 minutes from A47 and A11. It offers a spacious living area, with covered patio, and spacious back garden. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor. Free on site parking for 3 cars with electric charging point. Pls provide your own lead.

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

The hut has a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a lovely area surrounded by trees complete with picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'relaxing. There are 38 acres of grounds to explore plus a large lake .The Orangery Tea Room is on site serving breakfast & teas.
