Hang Five is a comfortable and spacious one bedroom annexe attached to our family home in Braunton, 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village. NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS The bedroom has an en-suite shower room and seperate lounge with kitchenette and dining area. Braunton hosts a fantastic selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, takeaways and a range of local shops. It's the gateway to North Devon's famous surfing beaches, with Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe 10-20 minutes drive.

Perfect for a couples getaway to this fabulous area. Rose Studio has a fully equipped kitchen which includes full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Ambrose Cottage is beautifully decorated to a high standard with a stylish cottage feel to the property. Ambrose has a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite shower / toilet room. The twin bedroom has two single beds in a spacious room next door to the family bathroom with bath / toilet. Superbly located within walking distance of the shops, bars, restaurants and cafes of Braunton, Ambrose is also just 5-10 minutes by car from Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay. A perfect getaway.

The River Loft is a unique loft conversion set in peaceful location of Braunton. Part of our home, The River Loft provides a unique private space (with internal lockable door), offering bed & DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th century parish church, The Loft is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

This is a self contained cheerful spacious top floor. There are 2 bedrooms plus a large living area with dining table and sofas. The area sleeps 4 (plus 2 on request on sofa bed). The space is a no converted loft of detached bungalow, set back from a peaceful Cul de Sac, a few miles from the beautiful local beaches and a short walk/drive to the village of Braunton. One private parking space on the drive. Well behaved pets welcome for fee £25. Experienced super host.

The Lookout (Log Cabin) - Braunton

The Lookout is a log cabin which occupies a superb position with spectacular views over Braunton, the burrows and beyond. The log cabin is situated at the top of our garden next to our house. Access is via some steps - certainly well worth it for the view. We are conveniently located within the village of Braunton, around 5-7 minutes walk to the centre where there are a great variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There is off street parking for one car.

The Porthole

The perfect peaceful hideaway for quiet couples, solo adventurers, and small families (with kids) but not groups. Cosy and tastefully decorated, we want you to feel like you're at home from home. One bedroom with a 1 very comfortable double bed. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen. Only 3/4 mins drive to Saunton or Croyde beach and lots of tips for you to have THE BEST TIME whilst visiting beautiful North Devon.

High Tide

SUITABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR COUPLES ONLY High Tide is a light open plan space with it's own private access and parking, for one vehicle (no larger than a family estate) in the vibrant village of Braunton. Perfectly located in the centre of the village, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and our local beach, Saunton Sands, is just 2.5 miles away. Great for surfing.
