Thanks to Nicola and Richard for a lovely stay. The house was clean, modern and well equipped and the view from the back terrace was glorious. Nicola sent clear instructions about how to find the property and was quick to respond to requests and queries. The house was a short walk to Combe Martin beach and amenities. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay here. We were made up of 3 families and there was plenty of space for us all! Sally and Anna were really responsive to messages, helpful and friendly. Beds were comfy, plenty of parking and walkable to amenities. Great place for exploring Bude.

Four of us stayed as a base for a two day motorcycle ride ,superb property and a great location

We had a wonderful stay with our dog and two children. The boys loved the upstairs room which had an amazing view of the sea. The living area was comfy and had a good selection of board games. Alison left some good recommendations and we had a nice walk into Bude. The local beach was great and dog friendly. You will need a car to access the beach and walks.

A really lovely week, marred only by a couple of days' rain (which of course was nobody's fault!). Taryn was extremely efficient and responsive. Barbara was charming and helpful, and explained so much about the lambing process. The house was roomy - great for a family party of nine. My granddaughter loved visiting the lambs, and even holding a newly-born lamb in her arms. Wonderful rolling hill farmland to walk the dog. Visits to the sea, Exeter and Totnes were great too. Thank you, Barbara and Taryn.

Excellent location. Super big house for our family celebration

My wife, the dog and I loved this modern, tiny apartment. It had enough space for the three of us and car was secure on the drive way. It's in a perfect location, less than 5min walk from the local beach, pubs, and restaurants. Our highlights in the spring sun were: Bude's coastal walk, Olive tree's bar and restaurant, the Falcon inn's secret garden and Tantagel Castle (a 30min drive) away.

My Family and I had a lovely weekend. House is as described and we all slept really well. The house and grounds are lovely and worked perfect for my birthday weekend. Jeanette is lovely and extremely helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I would certainly return!

Great few days in one of the lodges. The place was warm and cosy (even in January!). Lovely grounds and opportunity for walks. Freedom for dogs to run around. Pool was a highlight, heated appropriately so one could enjoy the swim. Hot tub and sauna were also great. Thank you!

We only stayed at the lodge for one night but it was great! We were lucky enough to have lovely weather which meant we could have dinner on the sunny balcony, with great views. It was extremely clean throughout and well equipped. We would love to come back again!

We had the most lovely stay here. The place was beautiful, secluded and peaceful. The sound of the river was great and the walks nearby were stunning. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fairly well equipped, showers were great and everything was clean. Melanie and Ian were both very communicative and very helpful with directions to the property, any questions we had were promptly answered and were very helpful with anything we needed. The slope down to the property is fairly steep. The hot tub was perfect and the heated pool was great even in the rain! Would recommend a stay here anytime

We really enjoyed our holiday in Wren lodge. It was so peaceful, cosy, clean, well equipped and was our happy place for a week. We loved the swimming pool and would have used it loads more if the weather had been warmer. During our week we had a lovely 2 mile walk to the local village pub where we had a tasty meal. We drove out to Bude, which we loved for cute shops and crabbing on the harbour wall. We found Sandymouth beach for a fun beach day, with an amazing beach cafe. We would definitely recommend the lodge for a relaxing homely place to stay with great helpful hosts. Definitely value gor money. Well equipped kitchen and all lovely and clean. The large garden space around the lodge was sich a nice view and seeing cows in the field from the kitchen window was just delightful! A very happy holiday. Thank you to Valerie and Tony!

Everything was as described. Neil was a great host and left a very generous welcome pack and a really useful folder of information. The house is in a good location, is spacious, and has amazing showers (although the high water pressure was less useful when our son drowned the kitchen as soon as we arrived!). The kitchen, although not that modern, is large and very well equipped. We didn't use the dining area much except for meals: it was a bit chilly (bring slippers for the tiled floor), there were no blinds on the windows, and WiFi didn't reach well into that room. In fact, it's worth bringing a collapsible table if you plan to use a laptop much in the house. The beds were all really comfortable but the curtains in most bedrooms are very light and thin so blackout blinds are advised. We stayed outside the swimming pool opening season but used the pool at Ruda down the road which was really fun. The pool table was great for an extra activity on rainy days. Overall, we'd recommend.

Beautiful house in a stunning and peaceful location. It was a such a treat to stay at Bay Tree Cottage which was definitely super comfortable with everything to make you feel at home. Location is perfect for the beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Combe Martin.

We had a lovely stay - thank you Dawn. With the farm apple juice and biscuits on arrival, it was a warm welcome. Orchard caravan is cosy and warm with everything we needed as well as helpful extras - board games, dvds, maps, suggestions of what to do etc. Thank you for being on hand for any questions. We loved the pool/games room and would've loved a swim and to play tennis but the weather really was against us! We hope to visit again soon as it all looked so inviting outdoors. It was such a relaxing stay and was perfect for us and the boys and relaxing with board games as well as lovely dog walks on the doorstep.

Wow! Thanks Andrea for a beautiful stay in your cottages. Andrea was super friendly and so accommodating. Sunny nook had stunning views and a balcony to enjoy it, very peaceful and everything in close proximity. Cottage was super clean, had everything it needed and even got an introduction to FiFi the horse. Thank you for an amazing stay and I can’t wait to come back for another stay soon!

Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

A private little haven, but close to town to not be a hassle to go to the shops.Dog friendly. Kitchen was well equipped. Will def go back.

We had a lovely few days. The place was clean, tidy and relaxing. Debbie went out of her way to make it a lovely place to stay and to make sure our baby was comfortable too. I would recommend this place and we would use again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at the Honeysuckle cottage.Helen and Jonathan went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It was a lovely cottage with all the amenities you could ask for . Walking in to find homemade scones and jam, fresh eggs and freshly baked bread was a treat!! The cottage is in a great location and we found it quiet and peaceful.The hot tub was private and clean. Having a private garden made it easy to manage our dog as well. We have stayed in multiple air bnbs before, this one was special and we will definitely come back! We booked a really last minute holiday and arrived within a few hours of booking. The place was absolutely beautiful and so many comfortable places to chill around the house. The location was perfect as well, just what we were after! One of the best holidays we've had as a family!

By far the nicest place we have stayed at. such a beautiful cottage with every necessity available. Spacious, clean, very dog friendly :-) We loved every minute of our stay and would 100% return again.

The cottage is in quiet and peaceful area in the village of Berrynarbor. It was neat, tidy and clean with all the basics required for self catering. Lisa is an excellent host and provided great instructions regarding how to find the place and also making local recommendations for the places to visit. We, specially our daughter, loved the experience of meeting the ponies - Robin and Biscuits. The place is near to Combe Martin, Ilfracombe, Watermouth castle and Woolacombe so there is plenty to explore around. There is a common room which has toys, books, ping pong, table tennis, dart. There is a small play area for kids as well. There is smart TV in the cottage for watching YouTube, netflix, prime etc. We couldn't have asked for more and really had a pleasant stay. Please carry tea, coffee, sugar and oil with you if you are planning to book and there is a shop in the village where you can buy the groceries. If we ever visit this area in the future we will definitely book this place again
