A cozy, newly refurbished home on our family farm located in Northern Southland - 10 minutes out of Lumsden and just 30 minutes from Gore; the trout fishing capital of NZ. Queenstown, Te Anau and the stunning Catlin's coast are all within 2 hours drive.

Shouse ~ combination of a shed & house, off the grid style. Located on a peaceful lifestyle block, make the most of a quiet location with the feeling of being off the grid with no wifi or tv. Situated 3km from town on our rural lifestyle block, making the most of the views of Lake Te Anau. The shouse has all the necessities needed, a living area, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area is upstairs in an open mezzanine style room (please note a lower ceiling) and slightly steeper and narrow stairs.

Brookhaven cottage with Luxury Outdoor Tub

Brookhaven cottage- Self contained 3 bedroom recently renovated. Is located on a 2000acre sheep and beef property in Northern Southland. Overlooking the farm with views of the mountains, it is stunning place to relax and enjoy what the area has to offer. We have a Stoked stainless outdoor bathtub, interior insulated finished in 100% natural cedar, visually stunning, and keeps it's heat, Large enough for 2. Enjoy a soak gazing at the view, a little luxury to outdoor life on a NZ sheep farm.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Perfect for couples- our cottage is not suitable for children.
