A family place to get away & connect - a dam to swim, tennis court, basketball hoop and a fruit salad orchard with of seasonal fruits, veges, berries & herbs free to pick. Its a place for kids or furbabies to roam free, enjoying the cubby house, trampoline, tree house, riding bikes, go carting or playing in the forest. You will spot Kangaroos, emu or bunnies while enjoying the serenity, relaxing on the deck overlooking the vines. We book up to 6mths in advance, message us for other dates.

Welcome to Takumuna, our beautiful home on the hill. Come and enjoy a weekend, a couple of weeks or even a short term stay in the beautifully renovated 2 bedroom home. Enjoy a sunset soak in the outdoor bath, drinks and dinner on the deck with friends, a dip in the pool (in summer) or a cosy night by the fire in Winter. Takumuna is a 10 acre fully fenced property, with beautiful surrounding bushland, a safe place for kids and completely secure for your dog (or even horses).

Kirup Cottage is a 98 year former forestry cottage with rustic charm and a few modern comforts. There are two king beds or a king and two singles - please specify your preference on booking, a bathroom and separate powder room. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. Relax at home or explore the surrounding wineries, local pub, towns of the Blackwood River Valley region, bike tracks and hiking trails. Donnybrook is just 17km north for all your supplies.

Take an morning /evening stroll around the orchard and vegie patch and visit the ponies and horses.
